Can’t login into the app. Very poorly managed system

App is garbage, will not accept existing card. Was told to redownload the app now I can’t log in with previous email. Physical card only accepted but no way to check balance on line.
Ready to cancel my card
I'm tired of it dropping my info and then I have to resubmit it. I think I'll just use my points and cancel my card and go elsewhere. This is a nuisance.
New app
Just now updated to new app after previous version stopped working. I didn’t even know that the new app even existed until I went to the App Store to see if there was a new version.

Keeps forgetting my card. Such a pain! Should be easy to fix, so do it!
Sucks
This app sucks, I’ve put my information in it several times and saved it. Every other time I go to check on my points I’m not logged out of the app but my information is gone. My name, phone number, CARD NUMBER, everything. And have to do it all over again. I can’t even put my name right now it won’t let me so I just closed the app. There are no updates for it either currently so it’s not that.

Not good
They advertise how great this app is, not so you can’t use it at the pump. You need both the physical card and the app. Definitely not what I expected.

App was working smoothly. Why did you update it. Now nothing is working.
Not a good system
Got the app because I buy my gas from Centex. Tried the physical card originally but you can’t scan it at the pump when I had it. Had to go into the store. Just tried the app. Got it all set up and to once logged in the site says to use the app/digital function you have to go into the store and prepay your fuel. Not being able to use it at the pump make it useless.

App is overloaded with adds
This app is overloaded with ads. The previous app was simple and easy to use. I will continue using that one until I can no longer use it. This one is no good.
Works smoothly
The app works smoothly and registration process is easy and very straightforward. Now I don’t have to carry the physical card around, the app has it all!

Registration Issues
Doesn’t like my cash back card. What’s an AkrooID and do I need that and the access code? Should have some help icons on registration screen.
