Slow and won’t remember PIN
Beginning a couple weeks ago, the app suddenly stopped remembering my PIN to keep me logged in, despite toggling the option to stay logged in. At the same time, authentication and loading began taking several seconds. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t help. This needs fixed.

App has many flaws. Doesn’t keep you logged in. You put your passcode in and repeatedly tells you it’s wrong, locks you out, and makes you create a new one. 0/10

Even though I keep the keep me signed in checked, I still have to sign in every time I park my car, even it’s only 10 minutes apart going to another place

Looks so dated, no modern features
This app hasn’t been touched in ages. Screen scaling is from years ago, there are no live activities to see when your parking will expire on your Home Screen. And, you have to refill your account in $10 increments starting at $20 instead of paying directly for the parking spot itself ($2?). Could use some love, someone? Please? At least I can use it to park..! Hopeful for updates soon.

Terrible Experience
App now signs you out between uses, therefore no longer allowing you to get a notification that you have 10 minutes left. Trying to increase the amount of tickets being issued.
Way too expensive
Why is min load $20?? That’s not accessible for everyone nor is it necessary. Greedy price.

They make you load $20 minimum even when you only want to pay for $5 of parking. Plus the UX I just bad. Feels like it was designed by a child.

When you unfortunately have to pay for parking at least this app takes away some of the pain in how easy it is for them to take your money. Lol
All kidding aside, this app is easy to use to get you on your way. Yes, there is the initial setup but after that easy as can be.

2hr limit
How can a parking spot at a train station only have a two hr limit why would there not be a full day or 8hr option so I could park go to work and come home
Digital Parking
I really enjoy the convenience of parking with the App. It's easy to use and you never have to worry about getting a ticket. Ten minutes before the meter is expiring, you get an alert to extend your parking. Definitely a Great App.
Ridiculous Fee
It’s ludicrous to pay 0.35 cents extra every time you park. Just for something that saves a few seconds? No thanks. I’ll use the machine whenever possible.
Way too complicated
I have to go through so many steps to create an account and pay for my parking. Way too much work to pay to park for an hour. Such a scam.
