Too clunky
Stopping at parkdean so decided to download the. The app is clunky with no real flow. Also it’s just food & drink so don’t get looking to see what is going on at the site. Most apps will also allow you to pay as “guest” but not with this app. You can choose all the food you want and then proceed to checkout. Once there you have to register before making a payment. Far too slowly & cumbersome. They need to take a leaf out of Haven’s app. That will show them the way.

Inflexible and slow
No add or remove items according to taste and allergies cannot be logged via the app. Would be quicker and more accurate to order direct from a staff member.

App needs work, too convoluted to get food delivery so then you can’t get your delivery time as it takes so long to go through so then you have an error at payment and have to go through and pick another slot. For some reason you have to create a new account separate to the account you booked the holiday with so then you have 2 accounts with the same email for Parkdean which is poor - needs to be linked which would provide better data for them anyway so unsure why they did this. Give the UI some more testing. Also found at bars that had cocktail offers etc these were never on the app so considering the app is promoted as the place to go for deals this is incredibly poor.

Whilst the food we have had has been lovely there is so much on the menu that isn’t available. No pizzas, no burgers for example. Strips and scoops not open on the days we are here. Tables left uncleared and uncleared for long periods of time

Delivery option doesn’t work
Spent ages trying to order delivery but kept getting errors re accommodation, then missed timeslot and had to start again each time. Eventually had to opt for click & collect.

Only arrived today and already textbook perfect! Can order to table. Such for kids of all ages to do. Each food place we have tried so far has been spot on and all staff knowledgeable and kind!
