Unable to complete reservation
I attempted to reserve through this app but was unable to submit credit card information. I got an invalid data descriptor value error. I was able to reserve on this app just two months ago when I was on iOS 16 but have since upgraded to iOS17 and perhaps that is the reason it seems buggy.
Unusable
What’s the point of an app if it lets you get through all the steps of making a reservation but then when you try entering credit card info, it gives you an error “Exception: dataDescriptor contains invalid value” even though you’ve triple-checked everything is correct?!? What exactly does it think is wrong with my credit card??? Terrible

Needs so much
Never seen an app so glitchy or so useless. It would be fantastic if we could modify reservations but doesn’t provide that options. Plans change!
Not bad for cheap parking
True, this app isn’t as user friendly as some of the others, but their parking is really cheap, and they have great service. I don’t mind that they invest more in customer service and less in their app.
Terrible App
This app is truly terrible. Everyone always said they had issues with it and I never did… until recently. I constantly have to delete the app and redownload to get it to work. For some reason, there’s a random email address populated whenever I open it. Then it won’t let me put in my own email address. It tells me it’s valid. I put in a password and hit login but nothing happens. It’s really not a great app at all which is very unfortunate since you have to use it or your email.

Fix this App!
Not sure what the issue is with this app but I have not been able to log on or make reservations for days. What’s the point of even having an app if the users can’t use it?!!!?
App is useless
Previous versions of this app were glitchy but worked. At this point you can open the app but not even login. The app is totally functionless and useless.
Can’t select dates
Downloaded app, signed up for account, go to make a reservation, select dates and times, and then…nothing. Stuck on the step 1. Dates will not show up and allow me to move to the next step. Also attempting to use the website (mobile), and it can’t get past the date selection there either. I select my dates and times, and it stays on the loading screen forever. How do people manage to make reservations with this service???

Useless
Won’t let you input dropoff or pickup time; you can select them but it won’t show them and therefore won’t let you go to the next step to make a reservation. Honestly, how does this business survive if their 4 year old app literally doesn’t work?
How does it work???
Step 1 is to choose your dates. I do that and nothing happens. It takes me to a screen where the dates and time are still blank. Nothing else to do except loop back again and again with no way to move on. If I’m doing something wrong I have no idea what it would be. Very frustrating. May have to find a different lot.

Can’t actually make a reservation
The parking is fine. But the app is horrible. I signed in and couldn’t actually make a reservation on my iPhone… it would let me put in dates but then not keep them on the screen, with nowhere to go. I made a reservation online finally on my computer and then it popped up in the app but that’s pretty terrible, can’t believe it hasn’t been fixed.

Useless
iPhone user - The app loads fine and options become available, but reservations can’t be made. Once selected, the app forgets the selection and progress cannot be made towards payment or a reservation at all. Trash.
Probably worst app I have ever seen.
Won’t let me select date I press confirm an nothing happens very frustrating was wondering why this app had such bad reviews only took 20 sec to figure out why.

Your app does not allow new reservations or the ability to get past the first page.
Doesn’t work in the slightest
The app doesn’t even work to make reservations (the main point of the app) for airport parking. No point in even having the app if it can’t do the only thing that it’s made for. 0/10.

Apple needs to remove this app since it doesn’t work. Can’t book a reservation, the only functionality that is required to use this service.

You cannot make a reservation on the app. I had the same issue two weeks ago. If you’re losing customers this is one reason why! Fix your app!
Can’t book reservation
Well I should have known by the ratings that the app doesn’t work at all. I only really need it for one thing which is to book a reservation which doesn’t work. I enter in the dates and times but nothing happens.
Complete Rubbish
This app is 4 years old and having read earlier reviews I assumed that all the issues mentioned in 3+ year old reviews would be fixed.
How wrong I was! Still no way to enter drop-off or pick-up dates and progress past step #1.
I wish I could offer insight on the entire process, but after spending over an hour on this piece of garbage app, I haven’t been able to progress beyond the first screen.
As with everything else that is “DIA”, this thing is utter crap.

Can't open the app
I've been trying to open the app almost daily for a couple weeks and have had zero success. I even installed and downloaded it again, no change.
FYI, the website also seems to be impossible to login to after making a reservation.
