Unusable
Useless app. The one available in the parking garage seemed to be full of malware and worse. Yuck. When I downloaded the app from the App Store it simply didn't work. Deleted asap.
No support
I have an open ticket still running and no one answer the contact number or respond to the emails. I was not even 20min at mall, the boom open and the we left. Now the ticket cost just keep going up, I can visit again without pay this ticket. I am sure this could have been resolved quickly if their was support

Excellent and convenient
Works better than everything else that’s in the market. The boom sensors pick up the number plates easily! Perhaps they should collaborate with other apps so there’s one solution for all. The market is slowly being flooded with parking apps.

Stop forcing this useless parking system on us
Melrose Arch has completely ruined what used to be a simple, painless parking process. I used to just walk up to the regular ticket machine, tap my card, pay, and leave. Easy. Now I’m being forced to use this overcomplicated Parket system with no option, no alternative, no choice.
I don’t want to download your app. I don’t want to hand over my personal info just to leave a shopping centre. But because I refused to use the app, I ended up stuck at the boom for over 15 minutes, completely blocked, forced to walk back and deal with their new system just to get out. What an absolute mess.
This isn’t innovation. It’s just making life harder for people who were happy with how things worked before. For a simple gym visit, I had to go through an unnecessary, frustrating detour just to pay for parking. I won’t be returning until there’s a basic, no-nonsense option like before.

Best App Ever
I wish all malls would get Parket. The convenience is next level plus I don’t need to stress about losing my parking ticket.
Worst App
3 days I’ve tried to leave Melrose Arch (with a Virgin Active voucher) and have been left waiting at the boom for the security to figure out why my license isn’t being read. I have no idea why any centre would use this app - rather use Admyt that actually works!!

Useless app, doesn’t accept either of my number plates. Ringo app much easier to use & works perfectly. Parket total rubbish, they’re also difficult to contact or impossible it would seem !

The only detail I would want improved is to email the monthly parking invoice as currently I have to print and scan.
Confusing by convenient
The navigation of the app is quite confusing and I had several issues the first few times I used it but with the help of the guard, I came right.
Do not load your payment details on the App
I’ve never had fraud on my credit card and I use it everywhere.
The moment I loaded my card details on things app today 3 fraudulent small amount transactions went off on my card and thank God my bank caught and declined the 3rd larger transaction.
If this isn’t a scam app then the Data security on the app is very poor!

The App is easy to use and the rates are competitive.
The parking facility I used is the old Christian Barnard hospital parking lot.
Signage is not that great, marking for cars need to be clearer and direction symbols need to be better displayed.

Not motorcycle friendly
Not motorcycle friendly, the cameras are setup to only capture the front and does not work with license plates 520mm X 113mm in size, if that decides to work on rainy days or at 6am.
Parking used to be bad. No more.
Such a relief to move away from ticketing systems. Well done, Parket team!
What an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to see the boom open automagically when you stop
Fully automated parking without any irritating parking ticket payments at the terminal. The boom camera recognised my number plate and allowed seamless entry and exit.
Stress free and convenient
Being able to pre book a spot at a reasonable price is genius. System is smooth and safe. This was a gem of a find.
