Company is Shameful

I have never had my car towed until this app because whoever the developer was knew exactly what to do to confuse users to get vulnerable people taken advantage of. There is no directions on how to pay and the towing companies they partner with are pigs. Laugh in my face and to law enforcement while taking my money. Considering going to court over this misleading mess. Apartments should be ashamed of themselves for using this service. Won’t ever move into a complex that partners with this scum.
