Company is Shameful
I have never had my car towed until this app because whoever the developer was knew exactly what to do to confuse users to get vulnerable people taken advantage of. There is no directions on how to pay and the towing companies they partner with are pigs. Laugh in my face and to law enforcement while taking my money. Considering going to court over this misleading mess. Apartments should be ashamed of themselves for using this service. Won’t ever move into a complex that partners with this scum.

Seriously? This is what—2022? Too bad to waste my time to describe. Park somewhere else before trying to accommodate this worthless piece of software.
Makes me want to die
I hate this app it makes me want to run myself over with my own car. If I could give it less than one star I would because it deserves -7 stars but sadly that’s not an option. I hope this app gets canceled and is gone forever.
App Failed and I Got Towed
I signed into the app as soon as I got to my friends apartment. There is always a message that says check your emails and if you don’t get one, then call the towing company. This was one of the few times I didn’t check it and of course it didn’t go through and I got towed. This app malfunctions on a normal basis and I know multiple other people this has happened to. This is ridiculous.

Paid to park at 8:57 am, my vehicle was towed at 11 am. I was told that my permit expired at 8:59 am. So I paid $3 dollars to park for two minutes and then $110 to get my car from the impound lot!

Horribly Designed App!!
The App doesn’t allow users to select upcoming time options to pay for overnight parking. I literally have to stay up or set an alarm to wake up and submit parking payment at 10pm. Horrible app and inconvenient process. Businesses who are enforcing the usage of the app obviously have no clue or don’t care about their guest’s experience.

Even though you Pay they towed
They never send me the confirmation but got charged and the towed my car. They just don’t sent the confirmation email, so they have an excuse towed you car and on top of that they charge you? Crazy
Awful Experience
Many of these issues mentioned people are all true.
Most frustratingly is that in my situation it gives a lot of power to towing companies and zero responsibility to the owners of complexes that use the program.
In my situation there was a row of Parknpay spots and then 4 that had no Parknpay signage on them, no white paint on the pavement indicating it was. I parked there and proceeded to set up the Parknpay anyways just in case. Car was towed in the morning and was told by the office at the complex that i’d need to take it up with the towing company and that if you show them the receipt I should be fine. Went to the towing place showed them the receipt and was told that I’d need to pay 110$ anyways and that someone had to pay and it was up to the office to have distinguished between spots. This was an outrageous ambiguous experience and honestly the best way to improve this experience is to revert back to classic in person parking meterage with a man behind a desk or a parking pass machine you slide a bill into.

DONT USE PARK AND PAY
This is literally the worst parking system I have ever used. Every time I or one of my friends has used it we have been towed because the app does not work properly. The only reason I gave the app one star is because I couldn’t give it zero
Easy to use so far
We are starting to use this app for parking at our student center. I was able to create an account with my email address and save my car info very quickly. It seems easy to use so far.

Doesn’t even allow you to choose the hours that you want to park/visit.
Ex: Come by 11 p.m., only option to purchase is from noon to midnight. Then expects you to pay again an hour later.
Doesn’t accept iTunes gift cards.

This app tries to screw you
It is different from the website. If you arrive in your parking space at 11:59 AM, it will only let you pay for parking from 11:59 AM to noon. If you want noon to midnight parking, you have to already be in the space and AT RISK for however long after noon it takes you to register. So, if you get to your spot at 11:59 AM like I did this morning, and forget to register until 12:15 PM (16minutes later) your car could be towed like mine was! Scummy company, scummy app, it is designed so that there is a higher probability that you will get towed. It is intentionally done as well, since their website does not do this; it lets you register noon to midnight at 11:59 AM...

Garbage
The product is almost worse than the service itself. Buggy site, buggy app, bad business. Parking validation times are made to be as inconvenient as possible to make sure they can take your money and still tow you anyhow.
Terrible and expensive
This app is taking advantage of already poor college kids by making them pay for what used to be free, parking in VISITORS parking. There's no alert as to where this money even goes. Furthermore this app is poorly written and works only 50% of the time, oh and to top it all off if you don't pay good ol' tallahassee tows your car for a hefty $80. If I didn't have money for your $2-8 parking what makes you think I had $80 to get it out?!
