Cheat people money one
I download the app , put money into the account. but could not pay for parking. Then the app is offline and sometimes just waiting. I try with 2 different phone and yield the same results. Shame on u.

Issue with Payment for Compound Fine (RM15) – No Option for Exact Amount
I had a frustrating experience using this app during my recent trip to Perak. After receiving a RM15 compound fine, I tried to pay through the app, but there were no options to pay the exact amount. Only even numbers like RM10, RM20, etc., were available, so I had to overpay RM20 instead of the RM15 fine. This means I lost an extra RM5 for no reason, and it's unlikely I’ll be going back to Perak anytime soon to recover the overpayment.
I understand mistakes happen, but this issue needs to be fixed. Users should be able to pay the exact fine amount without being forced to overpay. Very disappointed with this experience!

Useless Malaysian app

Can’t log in
First I signed in, I wrote a password. Then when I try to use the ID and password to log in, it’s show my password was wrong. I tried for so many times.
Then I signed in with using another ID, this time I’d make sure my password was correct and can be remembered. But still can’t log in. It also said my password was wrong 😅 pls I 100% confirm my password is correct 😅 pls fix that

How is it possible that the only parking app available in Perak can jam? Unable to click in vehicle number not once but many times over. I hope the authorities will rectify this issue as it is not fair for us to be penalized with saman through no fault of our own since the app literally cannot be used.

Kenderaan anda sedang disaman 2 min before time ended! Tried to extend time but message Kenderaan anda sedang disaman pop-up, rush to the car asked the officer my time has yet ended why saman? He replied me “Angkat kertas saman pergi office dispute”?????? What???
i checked my car no paper but system shown kenderaan anda sedang disaman & cant extent time;
So does that mean when the as long as officer check your car status this message will pop-up even before your time is ended? Confusing!!!!

Need improvement
I was park my car at manjung bas station the shop area didn't not sell in coupon parking and i was download this app and wht happen i cant login to this app repeatedly show RALAT event i try many time and choose the easy password I thought i was mistaken to put the password but still the same show ralat i dont know why pls improve your apps! Even 1 star this app dont deserve

Vehicle number disappeared
Tried log out dan log in again, old vehicle numbers appeared but when clicked add new vehicle number, all numbers gone disappeared.
Called customer service but she was so rude and challenged me back by telling me i have to give my password to her so she try on her mobile. Is it the practice??? This is P&C from customer and she even hung up my call before i finished talking.

Terrible App
Try many many time to key in my car numble but in no avail.
System update was horrible
I received saman and i am very willing to pay the bill since the saman receipt shows that it’s easier if pay on this apps. But it is already a week but didn’t show any update in the apps and now i have to pay more than that..please la sometimes we are really not free to pay at government places and i think all malaysian know the reasons why. But now i think this apps is just another way to show the efficiency of government.. such a shame

Couldn’t delete account
I have encountered a problem which is unable to make a parking payment. Then i’m using tng ewallet which is more reliable apps. Then I decided to delete my account but unable to delete the account. My suggestion is better shutdown this apps that is useless and customer service is worst.
Bad apps & no clear instruction
Went to ipoh for weekdays trip 3days 2nights. Downloaded the apps sebab kebanyakan parking dekat ipoh ada kompaun kalau tak ada coupon. Minimum topup on the apps is RM 10. used it like 2times and only used RM 0.60. Went back to KL and asks for refund of the remaining RM 9.40. Suddenly shows “balance will not be refund, unless atas sebab munasabah” So for those who are travelling to perak. Cari je lah counter yang jual coupon parking ni kalau pergi weekdays. Jangan download apps ni. Makan duit orang je kerja 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Last time was same this problem happen.. hope can be resolved.
App caused too many issue..
The app sometimes dosent even want to top up my balance..sometimes it lags dosent want to apply parking…then when i check back it didint even put a parking….who the heck is going to pay my saman? U think u make app just to make me get saman? Please let some real experts to solve this issue….this is what happens when you let a person who dosent know much about app developing and does something stupid to cause problems for other people…..

Works fine but updating takes a while
Was terrified of the reviews but had to use because Touch n Go parking doesnt have Ipoh yet. For starters I just top up rm10 to see if it goes into the app. Thankfully it did but the last page confirming your top up doesnt appear and so you will need to close the open apps on your phone and reload it for it to appear. Thankfully it did because when i didnt do it earlier my value remaied rm0!
