Quick and easy

I had an issue with a reservation at a place that took refunds and parkroll responded to my email the same day telling me the parking and refund was cancelled and initiated.

I booked on the app, got charged but I don’t see any booking and didn't see any email confirmation. So, I booked again, same thing.
I got gather twice.
Nobody answers on email, or chat.
