Impossible app
Extremely hard to get the app to download and work. This mall isn’t really worth paying for parking. I often choose to shop in another place so I don’t have to deal with this app.
Terrible on boarding experience
Broke at every turn. Just use the text number or the machines. Wasn’t able to get signed up even dedicating 30 minutes on it.
App gets stuck all the time
This app is useless when you are trying to pay. Keep getting the infinite wheel.
Individual parking sites should not have apps
It works fine but I shouldn’t have to dedicate a gigabyte of my phone’s storage to parking lot branding of various shades
Middle school kids would have made a better app.
This thing is horrible. So many issues I don't even know where to start. They need to get a grown-up to take a look at this.

It’s the most ridiculous experience signing up for a new account. I’d much rather just go to the kiosk and pay. PS. I still don’t have an account set up.
Absolute looser app
Worst parking app I’ve used in a long time. Poor integration with things like autofill. Password rules it doesn’t make clear. Jumpy screen and use doesn’t align with the notices posted in the garage.

Payment screen stuck on forever loading
This app bricks on the payment screen 70% of the time. The app is 3 screens and the third screen breaks. It is total garbage and is the only way to pay at this garage.

It’s not easy to tell which garage you’re in once you’re parked. Some signage inside would help. Or maybe you don’t really need to choose?

Tried to use the app but the mobile number OTP verification failed multiple times.
Outstandingly Terrible
It’s almost as if the apps creators said “Hey, let’s make the worst app for $12.” and freaking nailed it
One of the worst apps ever
Horrible usability. It doesn’t even pull up the password that’s been saved. It doesn’t copy the code sent to the phone to recover the password. Plus it’s not clear how to validate AMC theaters discount. Really horrible up. Redesign from the scratch. Or use something like ParkMobile instead.
This app never works!!! Fix it!!
Every time I go to use the app it will not allow me to sign in. I cannot reset my password either. Delete and start over!
Worst App ever
I won’t reiterate what has already been said about this app. But I will add that the process for validation is a joke. Employees don’t know much more either, so you’re kinda stuck with a broken system that only looks sophisticated, but feels like it was built as an elementary school project….although that isn’t fair for elementary schools.
