Impossible app
Extremely hard to get the app to download and work. This mall isn’t really worth paying for parking. I often choose to shop in another place so I don’t have to deal with this app.
Terrible on boarding experience
Broke at every turn. Just use the text number or the machines. Wasn’t able to get signed up even dedicating 30 minutes on it.
App gets stuck all the time
This app is useless when you are trying to pay. Keep getting the infinite wheel.
Individual parking sites should not have apps
It works fine but I shouldn’t have to dedicate a gigabyte of my phone’s storage to parking lot branding of various shades
Middle school kids would have made a better app.
This thing is horrible. So many issues I don't even know where to start. They need to get a grown-up to take a look at this.
