Text messages with OTP don’t copy. Can’t change amount of pay. Lots of random pop ups. Gives two options for which garage but no clues as to which one I’m in.

Some things need to be improved. OTP cannot be autofilled. Password is buggy too. Not super intuitive to figure out how to pay.

Impossible app

Extremely hard to get the app to download and work. This mall isn’t really worth paying for parking. I often choose to shop in another place so I don’t have to deal with this app.

Terrible on boarding experience

Broke at every turn. Just use the text number or the machines. Wasn’t able to get signed up even dedicating 30 minutes on it.
