Bad app design
Date selection isn’t clear. You only click start date. Not start and end. Doesn’t make clear you can only select one day at a time or how long it lasts 24 hours?
Worst app ever
This app makes having friends over virtually impossible. Not user friendly and a complete pain. I hate my apartment complex for using it.
Worst company ever
They will do whatever to drain you of your money. My friends license plate was off by a single digit and he had to pay $75 to remove a boot from his car. This was after already getting booted once a week before for parking in the wrong spot. ParkUT is ran by terrible people 👎🏻

This whole administration is a joke. If your apartment complex uses this system DO NOT MOVE THERE. PERIOD. Got booted for incorrectly entering one license plate digit and after sending them PROOF that I did in fact sign up and misspelled something, they refused to help me. A bunch of greedy jerks who care about nothing but money. Never. And I mean NEVER live ANYWHERE that enforces this system.

I’d give this company a zero star review if I could. Predatory tactics while also coercing their victims to transport the boot on their own time to return it. Websites don’t work. App runs like an early 2000 program. Return locations aren’t listed unless you text or call for information. Gigantic waste of time designed to steal as much money as they can.

This is a Scam
I have been going over to my girlfriend’s apartment almost everyday since she moved in. She has now been in her lease for 6 months and the apartment complex has decided to implement this app as a part of their new parking policy. Before the new policies, I could park for free as long as I was not in a reserved parking spot (finding a spot was the only challenge but it was free so no harm no foul). Totally reasonable right? With the new policies, I have to pay $10 every other day. I’m sorry but $5 a day to park for a couple hours at a time is insane. Now for me it’s to park without being charged or run the risk of getting booted/towed, I have to park half a mile away because there isn’t even street parking! If this policy was implemented at the beginning of the lease, my girlfriend would never have signed. I guess this review is more meant for her apartment complex, but this app is part of the problem. It also has a terrible UI that is not intuitive at all. Don’t sign a lease where they use this app.
P.S. My girlfriend is worth every penny I pay to park, but a Tariff to park is insane. There is already enough of that going around thank you very much.

These guys get paid commission on the boots they put on your car
I got a temporary car and registered it on the app. There was no contact info on the app to make sure I did it right. I walked out that same night with a boot on my car. I saw the dude putting the boot on my car and he drove away mid conversation. Getting paid commission from booting college kids is a crazy business idea.

Terrible App
I almost gave a higher star review since I did eventually get a refund, but the process was absolutely dreadful and I only got my refund because I had an HOA on my side. I had accepted a visitor’s permit (or so I thought), put in my vehicle, and then I still got towed that night. They claimed that my vehicle wasn’t on the permit, but if I tried adding a vehicle it would say that there’s only one vehicle allowed per permit. Had to spend $250 to get my car back, and though I did get a refund, thank goodness I had the capital to cover it at the time. Tow Companies are literally the worst.

Worst parking app
I approved a guest permit for a guest that was staying with me and we got an email confirming it showing the correct vehicle info. He still got towed in the middle night. It took a long time to figure out how to contact their customer support and they claimed that I changed my guests vehicle to my vehicle(which already has a permanent permit so that makes no sense). They refused to refund and told us to file an appeal which takes about 90 days and they probably still won’t refund with that. 250$ down the drain because of this.

App doesn’t work
Last night I had to switch my car out due to car issues when I went into the app to add a car to the permit it told me it was added and on the parking permit, when I woke up this morning I checked it again and it gave me the error message only one car can be on the permit when I went out they had booted it, what’s even worse is they don’t have support on the app you have to go to a third party site after that it took them 30 mins to message me then when I explained what happened they just kept repeating the same thing just in different ways telling me only one car can be on the permit. What I’m most upset about is if the app had told me last night that only one could be on it then id have been able to fix it but instead it told me both cars were on it.

The app. Didn’t successful submit my info for my car causing me to receive a boot.. and then they continued to say it’s my fault and refuse to give me a refund
Doesn’t work right
App is clunky and doesn’t provide all of the necessary info. Any time you pause while typing results in the keyboard closing.
My apartment complex had a handful of different options for the address, but the app only displayed one. I selected it, but it was the incorrect one, and the only way to get the address changed was to call my landlord and have him change it manually. As far as I could find, there is no way of altering information in the app, so once you select your permit type or address, it is stuck and you’ll need a 3rd party to change it for you.
If your apartment complex requires this, SKIP THE APP and just do it online. Maybe you’ll be able to figure it out better

These guys had to have made the permit confusing on purpose, I spoke with my apartment complex and they said 10 percent of all tenants were having problems. Very unclear and they booted me for not having a permit, despite having all my information in their website. They don’t waive unjust fees either

Apartments forcing college kids to use this confusing app is the worst
Used to just go into the office and fill out a paper to get a overnight pass
Now with the app you have to sign up and navigate their maze just to request to park
And then Just for it not stay pending for ever so when you need to park you can technically still get towed
So, don’t live at redstone apartments (they use this app)

Terrible app
I’ve tried for the past 30 mins to try and set up a visitor parking pass and it doesn’t give any info on how to and says we have to many cars when it’s only mine on it. And when I try to call them they don’t answer
