Can’t get pass the first screen
Asks for my phone number, I enter it then that’s it, no go button or submit bottom and I’m stuck there. Got a good amount of parking tickets, so frustrating. Tried deleting tha app and reinstalling. I have iPhone 16 for what it’s worth. I’m writing this while at court, car parked outside and had to text my husband to pay for my parking on his phone, then I’m heading to the bank to get quarters!

This app never works. No matter what you try : delete it, download again , use different cards it never work . But white plains make sure they have a lot of workers to give tickets but wouldn’t fix the app. I have been working in the area for a long time and do home visits so for me parking is important. I also have a business in the area. However, for me this app never works . And they don’t do anything to fix it. Frustrating

White Plains be robbing people via this app
When I attempted payment with a valid payment source the app indicates payment failed. So I tried again, and again, and again …each time I received a payment failed error BUT GUESS WHAT?! I was charged every time. Thanks for robbing me, City of White Plains.

App doesn’t work. Why am I getting a ticket if the app cant even verify two of my phone numbers. Then when i try to call the actual phone number on the meter, it doesn’t pick up. I am on Verizon and had four bars when this was happening. This app and the city is a scam.
Non functional
The app simply does not function beyond signing in and storing payment information.
Full of bugs- do not use!
This app defaults to 15 minutes. It also does not give you an alert when the parking session is about to end. Repeatedly you cannot even start a session it is so bad. Bring your quarters to White Plains instead!
Horrible
I use this to park at a lot by the train station. Every two weeks, it stops recognizing my work commuter benefit card, and I have to delete my whole history and the app, then download it again. Obviously this is a huge problem when you’re trying to quickly catch a train. So many bugs in this stupid app!!

Lost all my funds, horrible customer service experience
I’ve been using the app for years one day I logged in and my account has been reset, everything lost, two pre-funded wallets disappeared and gone. Contacted customer service on seven different occasions each time they provide a cookie cutter answer, but are unable to resolve any issue. It seems like a Chatbot is just closing the case without solving the problem. I am now disputing the charges on my credit card since they’ve stolen my funds and can’t seem to find the account.

The most horrible app ever.
I love the pongo app. But this “park white plains app” is so horrible! Please update it so I won’t get a ticket again. The payment when through my bank and still I got a ticket !!! Because the app didn’t recognize it !!

Can’t use Apple Pay
Ever since I downloaded the latest update it’s not allowing me to use Apple Pay. Kind of defeats the purpose in me downloading the app.
App doesn’t work, can’t pay for parking
Couldn’t pay for parking using this app and had to risk getting a ticket. App would freeze when selecting Apple Pay to pay with my iPhone. Deleted and reinstalled app to no avail. No one answered when calling the support line and no way to leave a message. Also tried paying using the web interface and got an “wallet error” when trying to enter my credit card. Very frustrating and time consuming, not sure how I’m going to pay for parking, and I definitely don’t have the time to mess with all this while trying to be on time to my appointment! And I might get a parking ticket on top of it!

App doesn’t work
This app has abruptly stopped working. It doesn’t accept Apple Pay and won’t let you pass that point.
Took my $10, now doesn’t work
Downloaded app months ago, parked once & app charged my credit card $10 of which $1.20, was used for that episode of parking. Probably would have used cash if I realized they’d take $10. Now app loads asking for zone number. Tap numbers on keyboard for zone & nothing happens. App appears frozen. Reloading it doesn’t help. They have $8.80 which I want back. Don’t tell me City of White Plains can’t get this fixed. I’m not the only one complaining recently. Sort reviews by most recent & check it out.
