Excessive Deduction has not yet been returned though it has been a long time
Each time I call agent says it is still under investigation/ review though we are punished for any negligence. NY tolls deducts toll arbitrarily which can never be claimed if it goes unnoticed

Tried using the pay per trip feature because I’m not a chronic ez pass user. Every time it would pay and then all of sudden all information would be deleted and I’d have to type in my information again.
