The app and. Customer Service NOT GOOD
Today sent me a notice that my bank account declined the payment to bring my account up to $25. I go into check things and low and behold all the credit card information has disappeared. Why????? if you delete stuff then you can’t get the money obviously this was not done by me.
You also constantly overcharge my Jeep towing a trailer. Check your records.

This app sucks
This app is clunky and ez pass it self is not convenient at all to force me to have to pay manually cause of a bank issue and not giving me a chance to fix it is very annoying

Excessive Deduction has not yet been returned though it has been a long time
Each time I call agent says it is still under investigation/ review though we are punished for any negligence. NY tolls deducts toll arbitrarily which can never be claimed if it goes unnoticed

Tried using the pay per trip feature because I’m not a chronic ez pass user. Every time it would pay and then all of sudden all information would be deleted and I’d have to type in my information again.

This system has no accountability they overcharge the motorists and there is no one to file a complaint to. Whenever you call the post it number there is a long waiting time on purpose. The Federal Government has to investigate these racketeers.

The app is not resolution friendly at all. You have the ability to send a message to avoid waiting on the phone, however the turnaround is ridiculous.
