QR Code Didn’t Work
Tried scanning w camera. Then uploading photo. Neither worked. Had to manually enter in info. Also, why charge my credit card $25 to get the discount when paying toll w EZPass? Just charge me the bill amount.

Difficult to navigate
Very hard to find the screen to dispute my bill. Then when I found it, it doesn’t work. It asks for “reason for dispute “ but I can not type anything in the box. And there is nothing to select. I fill out the rest of the page but the continue button does not work. Very frustrating!!!

Makes it easy to keep going on the road! Convince is not having to worry about receiving TOLLS BY MAIL.

Horrible! I took a road trip to Florida and now Ezpass wants to take $105 every time my balance is low! I only use it for Tappan zee bridge commuter plan! WTF!???

The app never shows me my tolls. I scan the QR code or I put my information in and it tells me no vehicle is found charges me late fees, but never notifies me of the toll payment until after charges me late fee fees, and there isn’t a way to dispute them. It’s always horribly behind on the tolls. Only ever allows me to log into one car information.

I like the improvements on convenience of being able to use Apple Pay as a way of making payments to your easy pass account. What I don’t like is the fact that there is not enough discount programs available for commuters using bridges like the throttle neck that charges you to go over it going and coming every day there should be a discount for that bridge

For whatever reason the Automatic replenishment stopped after years leading to negative balance! I ended up incurring a $50 administrative fee!

I drove through New York 8/15/2025 how am i just now getting another toll bill. The current date is 9/3/26 i am curious how many more toll bills are coming in the mail. 🤬 just bring back the toll road workers this mailing me letter after letter is just pathetic
