Thanks for asking how I feel about the system and the answer is that it’s simply TRASH. I’d give negative reviews if I could. I am being repeatedly charged UUCT fees when I have met the daily commuter plan requirements every month and now my account is in the negatives which means I will ONCE AGAIN be penalized and inconvenienced for something that has nothing to do with me and everything to do with YOUR SYSTEM ERRORS. FIX IT AND STOP TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE.

Much Improved

The new Tolls NY app is much better than the previous. It’s accurate and timely. Can manage all toll related activities easily. Only complaint is it can’t remember vehicle updates so it asks for the same info every week.
