Stolen money
Falsely charged for going over the same bridge 10 times in the same day with an old plate for a car I no longer have and was told there is nothing anyone can do about it. Tolls ny is a scam and a money grab this has happened multiple times now
The worst
Is it the app or is it the organization? I am consistently being charged more than the ezpass rate. I am constantly adding more funds because I’m being charged additional fees. Then I’m waiting months for reimbursement. How is this fare.
