Was just trying to park. App asked for all sorts of info before getting to the parking option, the when I scanned the QR code app wouldn’t do anything, then was asking me to sing in google or apple account. Way too much info for a parking app.

Great Parking App

Helps find locations of parking in crowded areas (I use for LSU campus). Helps me to not waste time going into lots I know are full because of the app. Great time saver and recommend for other people to use!

Great app

ParkZen is an essential tool, eliminating the necessity of circling campus in search of available parking spots. Awesome app for Parking

I’ve used ParkZen for a while now and it improved my life on campus so much. I can find parking much easier and faster than I would have before. No more tedious driving down the same lots looking for a spot or waiting for someone to leave. This app is awesome.

Doesn’t work

The app itself doesn’t even open, it fails. And it did not give me accurate free parking spots.

Doesn’t Work.

Saw LSU promoting this app on their instagram and thought it was a great concept. So I downloaded the app however EVERYTIME I open the app, it immediately kicks me out..
I have yet to be able to do anything with the app. Please fix the bugs…_

The solution to parking!

Wow! What a wonderful application ParkZen has created.

As an LSU alumnus, I can safely say that ParkZen has created an app that will alleviate your struggles in regard to parking! When it comes to university parking, it’s usually a first come, first served basis. However, ParkZen provides available parking spots which corresponds to my desired destination! In addition, the application displays numerous heat maps which represents lot occupancy levels! This has helped me avoid traffic and and long wait times before I even enter a parking lot! ParkZen also comes equipped with a parked car locator which shows where I’m parked and guides me to my car. I wish this application would’ve been available sooner. Highly recommend!

Thank god for Parkzen!

From undergrad to now grad school, parking has been such a pain! For years I struggled with circling and circling the parking lot trying to find a spot. I started getting to campus a few hours early before the lot filled up to avoid the hassle. Today, I am so thankful for Parkzen! No stress, no hassle… no creeping behind someone as they walk to their car to leave! This app is a lifesaver!

App is not user friendly.

This app is so confusing and doesn’t tell you anything. I just feel like the concept of the app is great but tbh this really is badly done. We don’t need an app as students, we need more parking spots.

You can also see the occupancy levels of each lot by taking a look at the colors. The data retrieved over time will also help the school know where to allocate resources to build more parking spaces.
