Is the app down/gone?

I have a yearly subscription. The app doesn’t open anymore. I tried emailing support on the website but the website doesn’t open either. I tried looking for an update or public statement for the app but found nothing. I don’t wanna delete and reinstall the app because I’ll lose all my progress. I love the app I just wish I could get an update. I hope it gets up and running again.

Купила подписку на год, офлайн не могу заниматься, ударные дни не засчитываются. Очень разочарована, приложение нравится. Ау, разработчики! Как с вами связаться? :(

Відсутність української мови

Відсутність української мови, обрати мову в принципі неможливо, якщо вчиш англійську то автоматично обирає російську. Навіть замінити на англійську, аби просто пограти ігри неможливо. Шкодую, що скачала

I got scammed!!!

After a free trail period ended. When I opened the app it said I can try a free week trial!! It said it big bold letters free trial for a week if I click and it said it will be 4$ per month or $53 per month. But it said free trail for a week!!! So I clicked I got charged right away for the entire year!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I tried contacting them and there’s no way to contact them. I can send pics of proof but it’s not letting me on this review either.

Не работает с iPhone Z

В прошлом году оплатила за год - не работало, писала разработчику- реакции 0. В этом году попробовала еще раз, оплачено, не работает. При попытки войти в аккаунт пишет Bad not.

Free trial unclear, unexpected charge

I was charged for Parla 2 days after downloading this app. I was under the impression that I had a free trial. I thought the trial was for a week. Why did I get charged? I will edit my review if I can receive a refund.

не загружается :(

Раньше пользовалась часто приложением. Мне очень нравилось. Прогресс был заметен, обучение проходило в интересной и простой форме. Я легко запоминала всё, но в какой-то момент перестала в него заходить. Спустя время решила вернуться к начатому, но приложение перестало загружаться. Оно не выкидывает меня, а просто держит на заставке синего экрана с названием приложения, показывая постоянную загрузку. Я держала так его около получаса. Надеялась, что всё же загрузится, но ничего так и не заработало. Это сильно расстраивает, потому что лучше приложения для обучения английского языка для меня нет. Хотела узнать, можно ли как-то это исправить?
