GARBAGE HEADPHONES (but cost $400+ dollars)
The parrot audio suite is the defining reason to purchase these headphones. However one needs to use the application downloadable online to get the services. They quit updating the application! And they have rendered the previous application unusable.
There no longer is a parrot concert hall audio audio effect.
There is no longer an equalizer.
It is no longer possible to receive calls on these headphones.
Now what you have, in addition to headphones that you paid considerably extra for - for these unique services - is basically a plain old set of headphones!!!!!
Do not purchase this product - as it is bad, very bad - and those responsible for running this company are (insert insult name here).
(and please note: the only reason they even got one star is b/c feedback section would not allow a post with zero stars.)

I wish they had done more with the app and headphones. I have had the Zik 1s since 2012, and sadly, they are beginning to fail to be specific to the touch controls and ear detection. I wish they still were around so I could have had means of fixing them. :( The app and headphones were a game changer in 2012; many don't come with touch controls. Five stars for making awesome tech and fantastic audio. Oh, and this excellent app idea, Concert Hall, goes hard.

Interface is a little old looking but it seems to work and all my headphone functions continue to work.

So the app does nothing
It does nothing. I’ve tried updating my parrot zik headphones, Nothing happens except a “URL not supported” or “File is corrupted” Yes original Zik, Kinda disappointed right now as I know I can’t get maximum use out of these till these issues are fixed.

On an iPhone 6S+ on iOS 11 I cannot get the app to communicate with the headphones, but music plays fine. I've tried everything even restoring the phone :(

It's not a tune, it's a massive bass increase that blows your parrot headphones. You can east set a tolerance so the speakers don't self destruct! Hey I'll program it for you and name that after me!
Speaking of which are fake leather and the plastic comes off till it wears down to the cloth all over your hands
I paid 15000 Thai baht for these!

These headphones (could easy be best in the world)

Awesome App
Thus app works flawlessly on my IPhone 6S Plus! I like how I can adjust everything from the app including turning on and off the noise canceling feature!!!

Connected quickly and works as supposed. Still all this ghost clicks from the headset can be really annoying sometimes
Works mostly.
Works great with the first gen zik's. The update feature didn't work so I had to do it manually with a PC which is why I knocked a star off.
Disappointed
I am having the same problems that everyone else is describing. I have college age 3 sons who warned me about the Parrot headphones, I should have listened.

Not buying any Parrot product until this is fixed.
I am having the same issue as almost everyone. The app fails when I try to update my phones to 1.10. My Zik 1's are not recognized and all functions are useless save for the battery indicator. Oh boy? I am unable to update the phone on my Mac via USB as well. "No available app can open it"!
This poor support does not compel me to purchase Parrot products in the near future.

Is there an echo in here!!?
My headphones will not connect to my iPhone 6s Plus. Worked fine with my 5... Nothing in sight for a fix, same complaint as other users. Now my $400+ headphones are worthless without the wire. Thanks Parrot!!
