Always Improving!
When I first started using this app years ago, it was very rudimentary and didn’t offer much functionality. However, it has steadily improved and become much more intuitive and user friendly!

Easy to use
All the banking features I expect for a mobile app are easy to use. I can get all needed account info with a couple of clicks. I also found the AI chat helpful in providing links for functions like pin reset. Was impressed! Thank you.

I’ve used the app since it was launched. It’s basic and allows basic banking. The only Zelle api makes it difficult to manage the movements of funds.

Disaster
It’s gone from super easy to use to being a confusing, frustrating disaster. Nothing is simple, and it’s especially difficult to switch to a different account. Everything requires multiple steps, the app takes forever to load, and even the easiest tasks have become complicated. The previous version was MUCH better. This new version is awful.
