Good but a little out dated.
I like this app. It seems pretty standard but I will say it seems a tiny bit out dated. It works well but sometimes it is a little slow. There aren’t that many features but that’s kinda nice. It works for me and what I need it for which is to view my balances and make transfers as needed.

Payments. I’m a server, and when I get my tips that I live and earn off of, I deposit. I pay a bill Saturday evening, work and then work Sunday. Deposit my money Monday early morning. Funny how I can’t make any bank transactions on Sunday bend their way. They can take a late fee and say you don’t have the money in your account, but they are closed.. I’m sick of being a holder and they play these games where they wait 4 days to make my payment or 1 if they decide it benefits them. They must have some AI tracking. You’ve really disappointed

Easy use
Could be better
Pretty good credit union app however it does not update your balance in real time. Daily transactions wouldn't appear until the next day and therefore would reflect your current balance giving you inaccurate information. There are also so many times that the app would be shutdown for unknown reasons or bug fixes that take a lot of time which is a hassle for me who has to know their exact balance.

This app is so out of date. It is definitely time for a refresh. It’s hard to use and hard to navigate.
Like it, but really want to love it.
I wish I didn't have to constantly put in the correct information, and have the site tell me it's wrong, when I know it is not. It makes me change my password almost every time

It’s a wonderful app and I enjoy using it all the time.
What a downgrade.
This is definitely the worst banking app that I’ve ever used, and that includes all of the previous Partners attempts.
The single star is because it’s now friendlier with plaid and the other auto banking apps so the silver lining is I don’t have to use this app as much as I would if it didn’t have that!

Love the app, but...
This is a great banking app with a cool, functional dashboard. It's smooth, easy to adapt to and zippy!!! But...
My password constantly stops working and can't be reset without a call in to customer service. This has happened more than a handful of times now and it's frustrating.
Hopefully this has been resolved as my last reset has lasted more than two weeks and that seems to be a good sign.
Once this is cleared up, I'd change my rating to 5-stars!

Information is not that easy to find, but it has gotten better.
Useless App
The Partners app used to be great but once they redid it nothing works. It is very difficult to navigate. Every transfer errors out. Ive had to start sending my transfers days early just to make sure I have time when the app errors them out. It is difficult to navigate, difficult to make transactions, just difficult in general
