Doesn’t Scan Zelle
I tried multiple times to use the app to scan Zelle QR codes but it does not go through. My regular camera app was able to scan the same codes.

The new PFCU app is user friendly and intuitive. I like the authentication options and the mobile check deposit feature.
Worst ever
Does not work on my iPhone and they have made no attempts to fix it. This so will force me to move my money to a bank and leave the credit union after 40 years.
Incompatible with iPhone 5
App crashes immediately when trying to run it on an iPhone 5.
Log in is clunky
Works well. Just wish the interface was a little cleaner, we could log in by fingerprint, and it was cleaner to access bill pay. When on the go, all the steps are a barrier.
If there was an award . . .
If there was an award for the most poorly designed app in the iOS universe, this would be it. It amazing ly brings Partnership Financial's awful (and bizarre) desktop experience to mobile.
