Ok 20% of the time
The PassApp drivers get in trouble if they cancel too many rides. As soon as a request shows up they take it. Then if they decide not to do it they make you wait forever- you can see them not moving. If you contact them sometimes they answer & tell you to Cancel. Don’t! Let them face the consequences of these devious actions. Other times they just don’t answer so you will cancel. Again, don’t. Let’s weed out the bad ones so the good ones can get the jobs 🙏🏻

Disgusting Tuktuk drivers
Some drivers aren’t qualified, there was this one time a driver swore at me just because I didn’t give him more money when he went on the wrong road. I tried calling and messaging the company and had no replies since. The driver is still on the app and hopefully he is removed and banned from it.

Die App hat bei mir gut funktioniert, nicht ganz so einfach zu bedienen wie Grab aber sonst sehr gut und die Preise sind in der Regel auf jeden Fall 10-20 % günstiger, daher auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Die Registrierung ist sehr simpel, man muss nur wenige Daten angeben.

Can't log in to Change New Number
Update 2025: When it works it is great but I am getting very tired of drivers that accept the ride & don't move. After 10-15 minutes you call & they say they are not coming & to please cancel so they don't get it trouble. It is very annoying & makes me late.
2023: I get a different phone number every time I travel to Cambodia. You have to log in with the phone but then when you give them the email it says already taken. Yes, BY ME LAST YEAR & Before. If they let you log in with email you could change to the new number. Same problem as last year & they still have not fixed it. Please change this for tourists that come back with new phone numbers every year.

What’s the point of this app?!
Awful app. You can’t even register to use the service unless you have a Cambodian mobile number. Don’t waste your time or memory on your phone. Just grab a tuktuk instead and support the locals not a corporation.

Maps always bizarre
I don’t know if this app is scam, or 90% of this app’s driver are scammer, because almost all I see on the route after the end of the journey it will, like a kid with a pen, scratch a paper with a random line. I thought it’s been fixed, but no, it’s getting more and more scamming distance of my journey.
Call center didn’t help so much, no English support I guess.
