Great service especially in combination with Remitly
I’m sad that Remitly has decided to shut down Passbook operations; there need to be more options for banking that caters to the international crowd. This is my first review and I’m giving it a posthumous five stars.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
They closed my account for no reason, when I call them. They gave me no reason! They are soo unprofessional sent me an email that my account will be closed and spelt my name wrong! I called them they said my account will be closed on January 1st !!! Like what???? I need my money it’s almost the holidays and they stated they will send a check by february!!! What? I should sue you guys because it makes no sense !!!! I neeed my money!!

Passbook Customer
Just a quick shout out to Passbooks clean and fast service so far, I just deposited a check and it was smother than ever it’s under review now so I can expect to get this money in 3-5 business days from now. That is conveniently how I love PassBook…
Worst bank app ever. Never download!!!!!
I downloaded the app a week ago and tried to transfer some fund into the app. A day later I got emails saying my account is suspended and they need additional information such as self photo and bank account statement. I emailed but got a few other account manager emails after that, with the request for additional information which made me confused on what information I need to provide.
A few days later they said the account is closed for no reason and didn’t clarify what purpose they have for own my personal information. Never ever trust this app and the product they have!!!

Money transfers take almost a week 👎🏻
The App is very good, what is NOT good is the delay of the deposit transfers from my bank to my passbook card. I prefer to pay a fee for each cash transfer than to have to wait up to 6 days to see the deposit reflected on the Passbook card. Cash App and Venom base the success of their apps on the speed with which they make cash transfers. It's rare in 2022 for cash transfers from my account to Passbook to take this long. They don’t help at all and if they delay the emergencies that a client may have when waiting for that money. There is a lot to improve in Passbook and I think this is the main point to correct: Make money transfers more efficient and faster.

Best Debit Card
I'm not entirely sure how long i've had Passbook, but im pretty sure its been about a year. I havent experienced any issues with my account or with deposits, that goes from bank transfers to check deposit and money transfers from cashapp. Really do recommend it, nice little back up debit card in my opinion

Exceptional App and Service
Customer service is quick, efficient, and I’ve never had an issue. The app is easy to navigate and it gives you access to your card 24/7, which makes locking it for any reason immediate and not difficult at all!

Easy to use, customer service is reliable and only a phone call away. Fairly easy dispute process. App is easy to use. Overall a great experience.
Ordered card 2x
I ordered a card and I told the representative that I didn’t want the flag anymore and it still came with the flag, I called and ordered a new card the guy assured me that the flag won’t be on it and guess what it came with the flag again. They will make things hard for you, I’m not sure anymore if I still wanna bank with this bank anymore, given the fact that I waited 22 days and they assured me that the flag won’t be on the card anymore and I just literally open my mail and he flag is still on the card.

Passbook really makes it easier.
Easiest app for money handling and especially since I don’t have social security nor itin it is the easiest to accept me with only my id.
Backup Card
I travel to Colombia a lot. I like to use the Passport card because the exchange rate is competitive and there are no hidden or extra bank fees. I also like the security of having a secondary debit card
Needs faster way to deposit money
It’s great, but I wish there was a faster way to transfer money into the account, cash app has a quick way to add money, I believe this is one of the only downsides to this app, the lack of speed compared to any other online banking apps. But other than that it’s great. Most negative reviews seem to be based on misunderstandings that could easily be avoided.

Basic Banking done very well.
I’ve had my Passbook account for about 2-3 years now. The account itself is mostly a basic bank account, debit card, ach payments, etc. The main and most attractive feature has to be sending money abroad with Remitly. They do support sending money to US bank accounts with Zelle, and that does arrive same day. Passbook also supports Apple Pay. Considering there is absolutely zero fees to have the bank account, this is a great banking product.

The Best
The best debit card I ever owned. Customer service is superb. And what makes Passbook the best is that they return your calls and make sure every problem you have is resolved. You guys deserve more than 5 stars. Don’t ever conform to mediocrity. Continue to be the best.
It’s Not bad
I’d say I have been using passbook for quite some time , I had 1 or 2 minor problems but it wasn’t bad . I am currently using passbook and I love it , some features in the app can be change to make things better.
Best bank for immigrants
If you are from another country, travel or send money often to another country then this bank is for you. Lots of benefits plus a personalize card with you country flag on it.

Cheque & regular Deposits & withdrawal
I hate the fact that you take forever to make the funds available for a cheque deposit. It cost so much to put cash in & to take cash out. This account should only be used with online transactions (i.e purchases etc) oh and doesn’t works with zelle for receiving or sending money. It needs much more improvement. Let’s see what the future holds for passbook.

Great experience!
Had an absolutely great experience with customer service twice! Both times my problem has been solved right away. Very polite and effective communication. Also app itself has a user-friendly design, everything is easy to find, not overloaded with unnecessary informations. I recommend it!! :)
