Poor app
Used to always use this app but it’s annoying to have to authenticate the payment card for each journey. Now it doesn’t let me book a journey at all. Deleted it and reinstalled. No verification code on my email so can’t log in.

Can’t Sign In…
I have a new phone and have installed the app and am trying to set it up but when I go to sign in I am being told I have an account, yes I know that and I am trying to sign into it but you just keep telling me repeatedly this email address is already signed up and you won’t allow me to go any further!

Generally quite poor
I use PCG on a regular basis but the phone systems are becoming less user friendly to try and reduce people costs (presumably)
Tried the App. Oh dear. It was adamant I lived 2 houses away and would not let me change it. It continually refused to take Apple Pay (works flawlessly everywhere else for me). The actual cost for the trip was higher than the high end of the stated range so the poor driver ended up with less of a tip. Uber was cheaper when I compared - and guaranteed.

Useless
Worked twice after some difficulty. Did not function on further attempts. Let’s down a good taxi service which has a very helpful response by telephone.
