All I need is to pay for parking. For unknown reason they start from asking me for my phone number.

Terrible customer service
The app suggested a zone number after I arrived. I clicked it and the app charged me for a parking lot in another state. Customer support gives me the wrong phone number to reverse the charge. Twice now. Terrible.

Filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Intentionally designed for you to enter in the spot number instead of the zone number so they can ticket profit with the town.

You have a 15 second timer to checkout and add a new credit card lol bad design, just add Apple Pay?
Dumb pin
The pin validation is ridiculous. It kept failing no matter how many different combinations I tried. Ended up paying on the web.

As others have said, the app is useless, will not accept any email to create an account nor overseas phone number.

What’s the point of having the option to add time and everytime i try i cant!!!! And then you cant use the same zone anymore you have to move to a different zone. If im there all day i should be able to use that zone all day as long as im paying

The app often fails to open. Just Hangs so you have to scratch around for coins or yet another parking app !!!
Great until it wasn’t
This app was great until it completely stopped working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I still get an error message. Unable to receive verification code. Please try again. I’m sick of trying again!
So long to get a code to verify account
I waited over 15 minutes to get a code to verify the account. I requested another it took so long. And then of course the original was rejected. I’ve given up.

Rent seeking app that has zero useful features like being able to filter by limits and rates. Unbelievable how we hand over basic services to these leeches.

The app isn’t bad, decent functionality, although it has the occasional glitch (you just need to restart app so no big deal.) However, the one thing that is SO annoying is that you cannot pay for parking until the exact time that parking is being charged for. E.g. I go to pilates class and it starts at 8am, coincidentally, the parking only starts being paid at 8am as well. I cannot prepay for my parking at 7:50 (when I’m walking into class) and have to wait until exactly 8am to pay. This is very inconvenient and I even forgot to pay for parking before my class this morning and just barely missed getting a parking ticket. Please add a pre-pay option!!!!!

Not Working after latest patch…
Usually works great and now it won’t even open up on my phone. Maybe revert back to an earlier build that actually works… I mean just think of all the convenience fees you’re missing out on.
