Convenience fee
Requires a 20% convenience fee, at least in LA. Parking meters don’t charge convenience fees, so why does this app? It’s not like it’s that much better than a meter. I think it’s a mistake to require this app for some parking spots, since it requires you to pay the fee to a third party with a government given monopoly and no competition from other apps. Also the cart expires after a minute or two, so if you’re putting in your credit card info, you have to really rush to do it in time.

Complete Garbage
Tried using this app to park in down town Eau Claire, WI. It would not accept my Apple Pay, debit card or 2 different credit cards. I would not suggest parking downtown until they get their system working properly!!!
Always a problem with payment
This app is the most low budget garbage. There are always issues with credit card payments and their wallet system. How long can I waste my time trying to pay a meter fee??????

Painful to use
The app does not take Apple Pay, requiring credit cards to be entered. It wants to know details about your car. When it’s a rental, it wants to know when the rental ends. It took more than 5 min to set up. It kept timing out. I never got it to work. I should have brought coins.
Constantly loses payment information
The app constantly loses my login, forces me to re-enter payment and DOES NOT TAKE APPLE PAY. Who doesn’t accept Apple Pay in this day and age?

I tried to use it in North Vancouver to pay frigging parking, useless. City of North Vancouver, at least give real useful options.
This app is useless
I needed it to park, but I did not even get past the registration screen. Either it did not load the country list for the phone number or when I tried the email alternative it always errors out sending a verification code. The whole thing this thing is supposed to do is allow me to park, if I can’t even get there, this is useless.

All I need is to pay for parking. For unknown reason they start from asking me for my phone number.
