These are insanely expensive thr least you could do is make it usable for us. Cheap.
Non compatbility with newer devices
I recently upgraded my iPhone and now I cannot access this app. I would love to see an upgrade.
The fact that I can’t have the remote on my phone is beyond aggravating. Abbott you are making loads of money from your patients from something implanted in our bodies. The least you could do is make the app(remote) for all newer phones. It’s absurd to be be in the year 2026 and still carrying around two electronic devices because the remote isn’t available for my phone. Do better Abbott!

This worked fine with my IPhone 14 but no longer works with my new phone. Please fix this. Thank you.
This app needs to be updated to work with current devices.
I have the same problem that the previous reviewer has. When are you going to do an update?
There are over 7 new iPhones that this doesn’t even support. Makes zero sense.
Unfortunately this app is not updated to coexist with iPhone 17 ProMax
I must agree with spunsugar2001 that this app should be updated to work in newer iOS devices. I was surprised to find that it would not work on my new iPhone 17 Pro.
I have an iphone17 and can’t put my neurostimulator control on it!! This makes Zero sense. I have to carry my little phone that came with my stimulator now since I upgraded my phone. I didn’t have to before which made things so much easier. You’d think you guys could update the program to connect to the newer phones. Come on guys. These are our life lines to normalize our days. Please fix this so we can not look like gang bosses with multiple phones.

Until recently, my patient controller was working fantastic on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Now that I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro Max, the app is not compatible . This is very frustrating as I must carry a separate controller. It’s been several months and the app still has not been upgraded not even for an iPhone 15. Abbott it’s time to update your app!

Update to current IOS and newer iPhones
wondering how long it'll be before they develop the application for iPhone 17 Pro. The one still works, but now I have no way of controlling it or knowing what my battery power level is currently at.
I have a neurostimulator and a loop heart device from Abbott. While I am grateful to have these devices I find it crazy that my loop app works on my iPhone 15 but my neurostimulator app does not. This is the same problem. Everyone else has. Worst part is the non rechargeable Abbott neuro stimulator app is compatible with iPhone 15/16 and below. What’s the problem here Abbott? For my medical bill to be 80k for a battery replaced on this stimulator (3rd matter on 3 years) you would think my payments to you alone should be enough to update the app software to the newest Apple device compatibility.

I just found a new app they created for the newer iPhones. Neurosphere digital health app. It works-thanks Abbott.
App often disconnects and I have to restart phone or uninstall and reinstall the program in order to reconnect to use the program. Also I cannot install the latest update. It won’t accept my password and the Abbott rep won’t return my calls. Very frustrating!!!!!
This app does not work on my i phone 16e with ios 18.5.
Don’t do it
I have a iPhone 15 pro max and can’t control my device. I have to carry around a smaller phone with me. Please please update your system with the current iOS! You want us to use and get relief, but make NO effort to get with current systems!
