Update
This app needs to be updated to work with current devices.
iPhone 17 pro max
I have the same problem that the previous reviewer has. When are you going to do an update?
Update please
There are over 7 new iPhones that this doesn’t even support. Makes zero sense.
iPhone 17MaxPro
Unfortunately this app is not updated to coexist with iPhone 17 ProMax
App Update needed
I must agree with spunsugar2001 that this app should be updated to work in newer iOS devices. I was surprised to find that it would not work on my new iPhone 17 Pro.
Update
I have an iphone17 and can’t put my neurostimulator control on it!! This makes Zero sense. I have to carry my little phone that came with my stimulator now since I upgraded my phone. I didn’t have to before which made things so much easier. You’d think you guys could update the program to connect to the newer phones. Come on guys. These are our life lines to normalize our days. Please fix this so we can not look like gang bosses with multiple phones.

App needs upgrade!
Until recently, my patient controller was working fantastic on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Now that I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro Max, the app is not compatible . This is very frustrating as I must carry a separate controller. It’s been several months and the app still has not been upgraded not even for an iPhone 15. Abbott it’s time to update your app!

Update to current IOS and newer iPhones
New iphone
wondering how long it'll be before they develop the application for iPhone 17 Pro. The one still works, but now I have no way of controlling it or knowing what my battery power level is currently at.
2 Abbott devices implanted in me. 2 phones to control 2 devices.
I have a neurostimulator and a loop heart device from Abbott. While I am grateful to have these devices I find it crazy that my loop app works on my iPhone 15 but my neurostimulator app does not. This is the same problem. Everyone else has. Worst part is the non rechargeable Abbott neuro stimulator app is compatible with iPhone 15/16 and below. What’s the problem here Abbott? For my medical bill to be 80k for a battery replaced on this stimulator (3rd matter on 3 years) you would think my payments to you alone should be enough to update the app software to the newest Apple device compatibility.

New app neurosphere
I just found a new app they created for the newer iPhones. Neurosphere digital health app. It works-thanks Abbott.
Glitchy
App often disconnects and I have to restart phone or uninstall and reinstall the program in order to reconnect to use the program. Also I cannot install the latest update. It won’t accept my password and the Abbott rep won’t return my calls. Very frustrating!!!!!
Does not work
This app does not work on my i phone 16e with ios 18.5.
Ridiculous
Don’t do it
Update iOS
I have a iPhone 15 pro max and can’t control my device. I have to carry around a smaller phone with me. Please please update your system with the current iOS! You want us to use and get relief, but make NO effort to get with current systems!
Need to get a different applications. See review
4/2/25-Update
This app is replaced with
NeuroSphere™
Digital Health App
Version 4.1
The description should tell us this.
The device works. The implant works for me and I’m lucky enough that I have a great doctor and support team. I’m okay with not having the newest phone, more grateful that I can have relief from medication all the time. While I’d like to get more frequent updates, I’m always going to be beyond happy to have this device in me. I am so happy with the results that I got a second Abbott implant. I have total of 5 leads in my spine. The company representative is always available (Los Angeles CA area). So whilst I’d love to have a new phone, I’d rather not be swallowing pills and going to doctors appointments.

What’s going on here!!??!!!
I have an iPhone 16pro max why is it taking so long for a new update compatible with newer iPhones !! Get it together please
Update
Great app but the developers won’t update to except the new phones. This would eliminate the need to carry two phones everywhere.
Come on tech team, make it happen

Update to Iphone 15 please!!
I was so happy to know that my stimulator that was replaced last year was compatible with iPhone. Nope I have an IPhone 15 pro that is not compatible. My first response was ok they gave a iPod touch that works. The problem is the iPod touch does not hold a charge.
Thankfully my husband has an iPhone 14 but that does not help me when we are not together. PLEASE UPDATE.

AUGUST 2024 Update; Feb. 2024 update: STILL no iPhone 15!!
Update April 15, 2025
An update came out today. Surely the now 1 year 7 month old iPhone 15 Pro would be on the approved list. But, alas, no. Unacceptable!!
See below for my previous comments.
***********
Now 11 months since iPhone 15 debut. Still no support. Ridiculous.
***********
Oh, I was so hopeful when I saw the update today. But, still – after 5 months – no iPhone 15 Pro support! One of the selling points for me upgrading my controller to the Eterna was being able to use my own device. That worked great with my iPhone 13 Pro. When I upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro, I didn’t even consider it not being compatible with this app. Now I’m no better off than I was with my 2007 controller and (at least) the big magnet. I still have to remember a separate device (the iPhone SE (2)). Abbott has had five months to fix this. If it’s something to do with Bluetooth, the FCC has had testing data since before the release of the iPhone 15 series. If not, taking 5 months to add the new phones to the app should be an embarrassment to the software engineers working on this app. Just a miffed customer and retired software engineer’s POV.
