Cash spending receipt is not a spending. Not a customer centric place, only for tourist maybe

Restaurant given guest check so when you submit the receipts it doesn’t count. The most ridiculous thing, they rejected your receipts without telling you the reason. Good reason for me not to spend in Pavilion Bkt Jalil. Really, service, loyalty benefits are no way near Pavilion KL.
