Life Saver!!

Learning a new app is hard regardless but this was so worth the learning!

Not working again

It lets you clock in but when go to clock out it’s gone, this has happened twice and now I wait about 40 minutes went back and it was gone I had to login manually on the other 2, can you please fix this Thank you

Worst app ever

This app glitches just about every single time you open it. Making you close it out and login again. The login most times take 3 to 4 tries before it works.

It will send in the wrong times.

Won’t submit your time and will send it to a draft instead.

Worst Timecard App Ever

I have to use this app for the caregiver agency I work for except this app has only been a major time inconvenience. The selection option for what activities you provide for your client are a joke, you don’t have the ability to choose and are forced to tab every required item, as if these duties are required every single day. The app is super slow and doesn’t allow multiple caregivers for same client to submit during the same time using the app. I waste hours trying to submit my shift and work the late evening to night shift. I literally can not go to sleep until I submit as PCA require daily clock ins. I don’t understand why companies still want to use this app when it is just a giant pain in the butt. The amount of one star reviews are very telling that this app just sucks. Companies do better and choose an actual timecard app that works.

Not good

You never confident that this app will open for you

Extremely unreliable

I am the main administrator for our home health agency and have seen this app have its ups and downs. Its better than it has been in the past year but is still just as unreliable as it has ever been. The clients page is routinely buggy, staff logins and client pins will randomly no longer work, and worst of all it makes our agency look worse to both the state and the clients when using this buggy app.
And for the admin side of things, reports routinely have just incorrect information, agency settings dont work, setting up roles and permissions is extremely unfriendly to even the most technical users. Our payroll reports did not show correct hours for 3 months at one point!
In its current state I would not recommend this app and would recommend choosing a different software.

Worst app I’ve ever used

Hands down the worst app I’ve ever used. I have to force quit at least 10x to even log in. I can’t sign off on shifts because they don’t even show up for me. Right now there are at least 3-4 shifts that just disappeared into the ether once they were saved. So I have no idea what I’m supposed to do about that. After the *update* I can now log in without force quitting at least 7x and the app is no longer FORCING COMPANIES/caregivers/clients TO COMMIT FRAUD by making caregivers select every single potential activity, whether it is even in the care plan or not. So there’s that. However, now I log in to app prove shifts and there’s nothing there. The visit history is blank, so I can’t see anything there. Visits to approve is blank. The only thing that isn’t blank is my profile that tells me my own name and email. And this is my only recourse because there is nowhere to submit a support ticket. Obviously that’s on purpose because you made a terrible app and have no intention of fixing it and people asking up to address it would be a nuisance. Maybe hire some of the folks who have developed EVV apps that actually work. There are plenty of them.

Unusable

It’s literally useless. Cannot ever log in, logging hours is impossible, error messages that are meaningless, etc. and yet it never gets fixed. Seems like everyone is content serving a trash product.

This is a great example of what happens when large companies that *just don’t care* buy out small software companies that used to be decent. The decline we’ve seen in usability and customer support over the past year and a half has been incredibly disappointing. Every time they update their software, we see issues. Pavillio should start kicking in towards my salary, because the time and energy I have to dedicate to their nonsense on a daily basis (plus their monthly website meltdowns and outages) actually prevents me from doing the job I was actually hired to do (which was NOT tech support.) After three months of asking them to fix the “disappearing caseload” issue on their app (you know, the app our staff need to use to remain compliant with DHS), their long-anticipated solution was to suggest we have staff use the EVV website instead. That’s right: they’re not going to fix their trash app, just use the EVV website! I guess this was at least a change from their standard advice, which is asking the staff to fully delete their app and reinstall it. Yeah, because our participants want to sit around and wait for staff to mess around with their phone at the start of every shift. I’m looking around at EVV-compliant alternatives to pitch to our company as of today, because this increase in problems that aren’t being fully fixed is completely unacceptable.

For real just the worst

This app barely functions. Using it is like driving down a highway in a car held together by duct tape. Today I can’t even clock in!

Horrible

My company left one app due to technical issues and went with Pavillio. We have had a million more issues with Pavillio. As a human resource manager I now at least 30% of my time dealing with Pavillio tech issues. I would never recommend this app to any company.

Tell me why, and not in the Backstreet Boys way.

My staff have nothing but issues with this app. I’m getting emails every single day, no exceptions, that the app is crashing in some way, shape, or form. They either can’t get into the app without it crashing, can’t log in, don’t see a client list, can’t clock in, can’t clock out, have multiple clock-ins for the same person at the same time on the same day? I swear, this app know show to befuddle me more with every passing day.

Horrible app never works

Horrible app never works! Can never log in the gps is wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would

Horrible.

This has to be the glitchiest and most bug-filled app I’ve ever been made to use. Every time I think it can’t get any worse, it manages to do so. It will go from not letting you clock in to resetting your tasks every 3 seconds to not letting you clock out. It will mess with your hours. It will not show your clients. Would be cool if the developers would put some effort into making it less buggy. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

App Issue

I keep having this issue where I have to delete the app and install it against because my screen goes back after logging in. After trying everything reinstalling the app it goes back to normal.

So Much Laaaaaaaaag

I have to shut down my phone just to clock in and clock out. Followed the suggestion about no other apps running in the background (but that is a lack of programming appropriately for a phone app) AND I still have to shut off my phone every time. I really hope my employer gets their money back.

From the best to the bottom of the barrell

When we first started using Pavillio, we were excited about this solution for
billing and time tracking for our agency. Ever since they were bought out, it has been painful to rely on this app. For the last half a year, the app has been absolutely unreliable and has taken considerable company resources to manage what it was “built” to do.

To say we are disappointed with the performance of Pavillio is an understatement. Each week that they continue to make it difficult for our employees to clock in without issue makes us regret putting this kind of application at the center of our company.

Stay away from this until they can rectify what they are doing, if they ever do.

Nothing but Issues

Reviewing as a provider. We have been with Cashe/Pavillio for 20 years but are currently in the process of switching to a different software due to so many issues. EVV app is constantly giving our staff problems and making it difficult or impossible to clock in/out. This then also puts us out of compliance with DHS’s EVV requirements. We have actually lost clients because of their staffs’ frustration with the app. If that’s not bad enough, the last few weeks there have been significant and ongoing issues effecting our ability to bill and generate payroll. For how much we pay for the service, it’s ridiculous how much we’re having to be on the phone with staff with our staff and clients and figure our work around to issues. We are paying for our productivity to plummet which is putting more stress on my office staff as well. I can’t tell you how disappointed we are with the software as a whole. They have lost our business and 20 years of loyalty.
