I have just spent a very lovely 30 minutes talking with Anna about how I get my dog to settle when out and about in cafes etc. Her advice was brilliant! Made so much sense and I think it’s going to be manageable and attainable! Even though it was through a chat facility, I really felt like Anna was here talking me through her plan. Thanks Anna. I’ll definitely feed back after we’ve had a good few training sessions xx
