What the heck is this? I hoped on to do,the new lesson and was asked to upgrade to premium and saw this. Then when I clicked on delete my account. It asked if wanted to get a lifetime membership for $29.99. While I like the short, easy to understand and do lessons a lot, this new development has me losing trust that this app is not scamming me. It also had a misspelling in the tab Turn off Auto Renewal.

Amazing Results
We have been using the app with our Pomsky for four days and the difference in our puppy is outstanding.
She has learnt and is listening to commands and actions. Making good eye contact and recognises her Mark and release words.
She does this not only for me, the one who trainers her, but also for other members of the family, who are also following the training on the App.

Absolute scam
There is no place in the app to manage and cancel a subscripttion abefore the end of the trial period. Then dealing with customer service is a gas lighting experience.

Today, I reached out to the experts on the app. Ave, was an amazing help for my dog, Willie and I. We are having an issue with his excitement with dogs and Ave gave a simple 2-step plan. We can’t wait to start it and see the results. Thank you Ave!
SCAM app
Do NOT get this app. It might have helpful tips and info but they will continuously charge you without warning and it’s difficult to cancel and get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

First chat has produced a sensible idea for calming a dog with strong prey drive.

Not user friendly and they will try to keep charging you
They don’t really care
They automatically charge you even when your account is on pause. You can only pause for a month. I paused my account, they automatically charged me, and when I asked for refund because my dog is sick and I’m working through having to euthanize her, they only give me 50% back and don’t even comment on having to euthanize her. They also won’t confirm I’ll never be automatically charged again.

Puppy Biting Issues
I’m a little frustrated with my 10 week old puppy biting. Your expert Lisa responded quickly and professionally by first identifying the breed and understanding my pet’s environment/surroundings and guided me through corrective actions. I learned how much sleep my puppy needs and how to properly respond to his biting. I’m much more confident that this can be corrected in the next few weeks as I modify my responses based on Lisa‘s guidance. Thank you! I am so glad I signed up with PawChamp!

Took money after cancelling
Did not use it as much as I thought I would so canceled after several months. Received an email confirming cancellation still took my money out for next month. I emailed saying I have a pending payment, received email saying I would not be charged and then immediately received an email saying I could not receive a refund. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I was asking not to be charged after cancelling.

I signed up for 115 minute sample. I never authorized monthly payments and they’ve been charging me $40 a month for something I did not sign up for. Be careful if you do the sample training.
