My puppy Francisco is no longer with me. Therefore I have no use for this subscription. I requested that my subscription be canceled earlier today, and I was very pleased with the quick response, informing me that they had cancelled my subscription.. I’m very grateful for the assistance and the very quick response..

Billing issues
I purchased one module. I did not sign on for a subscription BUT I GOT BILLED FOR ONE. Now it is a hassle contacting them for a a credit. This is entirely unacceptable. The module itself was helpful but not worth getting ripped off.

I thought I was paying $22.76 for a certain program and then saw that the next month I had been charged $56.99 on my credit card! It is not clearly stated that you are signing a subscription and $56 a month is outrageous! I eventually found the Manage Subscriptions and canceled but again it wasn’t clear. I’m very unhappy and I hope other people don’t get tricked by how unclear it is.
