Quick Resolution

Very fast resolution on my claim for our Frenchie without a lot of red tape. Couldn’t be happier!

Scam

Terrible. 2 claims denied now. It’s a scam. Moving to Lemonaide.

Emergency pet medical services

They do what they say they will!

Scam

The person admitted they had no license and said they didn't need one - started telling me their opinions on other topics and only answered the question "what symptoms do I watch for" after 15 minutes when I asked how to report her. She then told me to do what I already told her I did aa her new advice to do.

Terrible photo function

Pawp itself is easy and straightforward to use, but in the extended period I've had my dog, never once has the app accepted an upload of her teeth. I always get an error message that says, "Operation must be a dict or a list of dicts."

The image is only 1.2 MB that is exactly what the app is requesting. It's taken with an iPhone 14 Pro Max, so there should be no technical issue with iOS or the image quality. When will Pawp get around to finally fixing this issue or stop asking us for pictures of our dog's teeth if there's literally no way to provide it???

AMAZING!

PAWP VETS AND PLAN HAVE BEEN A LIFESAVER!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
TO EVERY PET OWNER!!!!

Only wants your data

Went through over thirty minutes of setup and waiting only to be told they couldn’t write scripts in Texas. They even needed my birthday not the pets so they could sell my info I’m sure. Waste of time and no I didn’t buy the supplements they recommended.

Peace of mind

This service is the best!!! Instant care and help when worried sick about my fur babies sudden onset symptoms!!!!

Love PawP

I’ve had my Walmart membership for a while never realized that this was one of the benefits we get with the membership when I found it. I was a ecstatic, perfect 24 seven pet care

Vet Visit

I submitted my emergency room visit for my dog that was seizing. I was able to get the full amount reimbursed and I’m very happy with the results. The best pet insurance ever!

Do Not Sign Up!

I am traveling and my dog has a very minor health issue. I thought PAWP was a virtual vet service that could give me a prescription to a medicine we used before. Nope! I called in a Sunday and it took almost 30 minutes to reach a live person via chat. Then, come to find out, no vet was available on the weekend. Wait, what?!? Then, finally, there is no way to speak with a customer service person to immediately cancel the $99 fee. So basically, no one works there on the weekends. So much for their 24/7 advertisement.

They rob you even after you pet dies

My pet passed away and even after asking them several times they’re still charging me $19 a month. Absolutely no number or customer service. All you have is an AI chat bot that you have to go back and forth with. Absolute disaster and it’s by design. They want to swindle you out of your money.

Amazing Pet Care App

I’ve tired other telehealth options for my pets but, they left me lacking. With Pawp you get a treatment plan and notifications when they’re about to need new shots or care. They also offer $3000 pet coverage and it saves my Fancy cat’s life.

Not a vet service

They only can tell you if your pet needs a vet. If you can’t find a local vet that will help your pet you are out of luck. I would rather give 0 stars.

I hate being misled!

Nobody likes to be lied to, and PAWP was offered as a “PERK” for T-mobile Tuesdays. Every perk I’ve ever saved Simply saves it to “my stuff” until I can either review it further or use it. Sometimes there are short time periods to make a decision, but if you don’t save it when it’s released on Tuesdays it will go away… So I always save ANYTHING I am remotely interested in. They often expire, unused, but that’s OK and I MUCH prefer that to what PAWP did….
• I SAVED THE OFFER IN “MY STUFF“
• A COUPLE DAYS LATER I LOOKED FURTHER <mult plans offered for monthly set price…
• I DID NOT ENROLL IN ANY BY THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE OFFER! I did update the app as I got it a couple of yrs ago, but it was out of my price range at the time.

I have been charged $19+ for two months, but didn’t notice and there is no phone number for them for customer service. I wrote and requested info and I’m curious I want a freaking refund you shady misleading, no Support jerks!

Bull*#^%

Just trying to sell products. The “assessment” is just a bunch of products being pushed to make your pet “better” and it’s completely user driven. No one looks at your pet. You might get to talk to a vet helper, it surely isn’t a vet or else they’d be able to write rx’s. If a real doc can write rx for glp1 etc through an app there’s no reason a vet can’t.

Do Not Use Pawp

Scammy

They will deny your claims

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pawp during one of the worst moments a pet owner can go through.

I have been a customer for over three years, and my dog suffered a sudden collapse recently. After speaking with a veterinarian, euthanasia was determined to be the most humane option. I followed Pawp’s stated protocol exactly, step by step, and submitted all required documentation expecting the coverage they advertise.

Despite doing everything correctly and clearly meeting their own process requirements, my claim was still denied.

What makes this so upsetting is not just the denial itself, but the timing and nature of the situation. When a pet is in crisis and euthanasia is involved, you expect some level of urgency and support. Instead, I felt like I was navigating bureaucracy while trying to make an impossible decision for my dog’s comfort and dignity.

At minimum, if their policy excludes situations like this, that should be made far clearer upfront—because in practice, the messaging suggests coverage that simply isn’t honored when it matters most.

I cannot recommend Pawp based on this experience. After three years as a customer, this is how I was treated in an emergency, and it completely changed my trust in the service.

Bad , no pay

I'm not going to be losing my money for a protection that doesn't exist, my dog went to the vet for an emergency that your team said it was, and when sending the claim it turns out that for you it's not an emergency, so I prefer to hire another Insurance that if you consider reimbursing the trips to emergency it is or "considered" an emergency. If I had known this from the beginning I would not have hired them, bad service, terrible!!

Useless

Only good for spam. When you call instead of helping at all they tell you to take your animal to the vet.
