Not good

The app takes forever to load! Even tho I select “keep me logged in” it does not so I am constantly having to resign in and the initial log in takes forever. Once I am in and the information on the main page loads, any time I have to switch to a different section that page will then take a long time as well. This has all been since they last changed the layout and look. My pets information from their last visit also did not update on the app for days when it used to be in with in 24 hours. Terrible and wish it had never been “updated”

I love Banfield but I hate this app with a passion it’s so hard making an account or even logging in when you forget user or password and it throws me in a loop telling me to find a client id when I try to make a new account it’s very indirect I’m so lost I had to delete it.
