The staff is amazing.
Love new layout but
Your new UI buttons suck. It’s not big enough for people to click through. Either it’s your code trying to read everything but it makes the app freeze. It use to be super easy to make schedules for my pets, now I have to do it through the browser instead of the app and honestly it’s super annoying.
Lucky
Banfield is a fantastic pet care center for my Shih Tzu. He is with Banfield for almost 7years now. Every concern or emergency, I got an appointment immediately and got care for my dog, Lucky. We couldn’t be more happier with Banfield regarding our pet dog!
Horrible app on iOS devices
When I try to edit a fields, the data entry fields run off the visible screen making it impossible to update my pets information. It also only runs in portrait mode. Lousy design…

The app takes for ever to load. Every time you click on anything it lags and gives you errors. And the problem is their website is even WORSE!!!

Appointments
It is insane that you pay so much money per month for Banfield, but when your pet has an emergency you have to go elsewhere and spend more money for your pet to be seen.

Poor app service or appointment opportunity
My dog needs in room appointments and the app has very little opportunities to schedule in room. I have called local Banfields and no one picks up the phone and or the phones do not work.
Poor care
Dog suffered all day with UTI (I dropped her off at 8:15 am) and had still not been started on treatment when I was called to pick her up after 5:30 pm. Also, she had been left in her crate and had urinated all over herself.
Pet and Personal Data not loading
Attempting to set appointments but saved Pet data and certain other aspects of app are not loading correctly allowing me to select and continue with booking process. Please address.

Wonderful staff. Great doctors. Always consistent with excellent service.
Cool new interface. Still slow.
I like the new look but nothing will load. This has historically always been the slowest app out there, and now it seems even slower.
Annoying review requests
Everytime an app asks me to rate them, they’re getting this awful review since that is an annoyance that destroys the app experience.
Helpful to Hoomans
I have had this app since it launched and it has gotten so much better! User friendly, easy to track, schedule and get immediate support for my pups. If you’re a Banfield pupper parent you need this app!
App is very slow
The app moves at a glacial pace.
Won’t load after update
Usually have very little issue with this app- the service is great. Since the update though- I can’t access anything- it just sits and loads forever. Hope they fix this soon!

I give them an excellent score do to it’s ease to use and the hospital veterinary office is friendly, compassionate and will love your fur baby
