This app runs like dog water. Fire every single developer working on this app. I could code a better one with my eyes shut.
Non functioning
It amazes me that after five months, they haven’t fixed this app so that it will work. What is the thought process behind not being able to search for items when you’re within your list? This is literally the only thing I need the app for. Plus finding the list and the fuel points is way harder than it used to be. this app used to be such a good tool for shopping and now it’s worthless.

App doesn’t work.
I can’t sign into my account. It just keeps loading and I don’t want to make a new one because I have fuel points and I work at Payless so I get a discount but I can’t because the app don’t work.

App update October 2025 is an absolute disaster. Unable to search for items or scan barcodes while displaying a shopping list. Getting a shopping list to display requires extra steps. Cannot locate fuel points accumulated. The list of missing or hard-to-find features goes on & on.
Unusable after update
Wow you really made this app unusable after the update. Will be deleting in it’s not changed back.

I use this app for one thing and I can’t even do that anymore
I need medicine. That’s it. I want to use the app to refill prescriptions, but now it completely forgets who I am just as I’m about to check out and place my order. A classic case of YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!
This latest software update IS TERRIBLE!
Since the latest update, I can no longer “clip digital coupons”! How worthless can an app be? There’s no way of getting help with sending this problem in from the app, so that this important issue can be fixed. Guess I’ll just go to another store to purchase my things.

I have updated the app but it still never loads anything.
Absolutely horrible
I’ve been using this app for years all of a sudden I can’t place orders for pickup anymore no matter the location and card used, called corporate to see if they can help me with this issue and tech support was absolutely no help. This has made me stop shopping at this store completely due to the inconvenience

Pickup interface never works
Normally buttons appear on a pickup order to indicate you are on your way and what spot you've parked in. Mine never shows up. I have to call the store every time
The app doesn’t load it just keeps rolling. I don’t know.
The app just won’t load anymore won’t do this or that I can’t order anything. This is ridiculous.
Why can’t it find stuff for me
I can search and it finds what I’m looking for but it won’t tell me where in the {%{^}^} store I can find the item!

You basically are starting with a new app that asks for too much information! Very disappointing!!!!!
$1 Higher than any other local store
I don’t care what you buy, it’s a $1 higher than meijer & Walmart. So many other stores to shop & Save & I’m not a fan of Walmart, but they have better prices. Shop Aldi or Ruler Foods ( owned by Kroger , similar to Aldi)
