Does its job, BUT…
Please consider having an autofill system/option for the login prompt if the app can log you out. It is a real hassle when the bus pulls up and you have to put in both your email and password, and I don’t want to impose on the drivers, especially when they give out a ride when the scanner isn’t working

Lack of Payment Options
No very practical. Lack of different payment options such as credit/debit, etc…..
Fix it!!
Every month I always have to delete the app and reinstall it because the same error always pops up. Now I can’t even log in as the page opens to a blank page and nothing else… I’m tired of dealing with this constant issue and it’s quite inconvenient for something I need to use every day. I always have to worry if my app will work or not that day.
