Never a driver available
Downloaded and tried this app various times and there is never a driver available.
Doesn’t work
If you get signed out good luck getting back in, no sign in option just forces you to make a new account with a different email, waste of time and they’re prices are insane stick to Uber better service anyways

App and drivers and customer service all act independently
It’s easy enough to book a cab in the app, and you can link your digital wallet to it too. However, even though I had Apple Pay linked to my account, my driver still wanted me to pay with debit or in cash after the ride was over. Furthermore, the cost listed in the app and what the metre in the cab showed were different.
Finally, the “contact us” button in the app doesn’t call an actual person. It just leads to a voice mailbox where the user can leave a destination and time for their next booking, which if you are on the app, you can already do. This seems redundant, and doesn’t help when I actually need to speak to a person because I have questions about their service.

Windsor’s Vet Cab (taxi) app
The app works fine. It could update the drivers’ locations more frequently, but, it’s fine.
Vets cabs themselves can be pretty sketchy, they clearly benefit from their monopoly, and couldn’t be bothered to pick you up within 20 minutes, you’d think they only have 2 cars in the whole of Windsor.
But that’s not the app’s fault.
