Transit app isn’t really for transit????

The app being called transit app is a joke cause there isn’t anything related to transit but the ticket?? There’s no difference. People are getting frost bite and sick and late to work because we have no idea as to when the bus comes. It’s either too late or too early. And have you seen the bus stops? lol try staying at the bus at dark and you’d probably be left behind. There’re people who don’t use the sj transit site that need the info on their app and the app doesn’t even do that. How do you develop an app for transit but literally not include real time tracking or even sth like texting a number at a bus stop to know the duration of the bus? Not everyone will know where the bus stop is by putting a stick or some yellow paint on the ground? There’re new people or seniors coming everyday. People have fallen, got sick, frost bite, late to work. Maybe be punctual for once? 19 people had to wait for 25 mins for one of the buses last week because it was late and many people were late to work or class etc despite being very early.
Please rethink this app or maybe you include features as a good will act. The 1 star is a grace.

Takes money without permission

We have been using this app since January. Wednesday and today they have taken out over 300 from my account leaving me in the minus. I am a single parent with low funds as it is. When contacting the company there is nothing they can do. I have emailed the company and still waiting on a reply. How is this fair.

Love it

I have been using it for a month and I love it way way better than the old paper monthly passes. So easy to buy with Apple Pay.

Love never having to worry about losing my expensive monthly bus pas.

Not user friendly

There’s so much issue with the app. Though we get 5% discount but dates of pass is not certain. Bus drivers aren’t aware of what to do and their is no customer support.

It states refund can happen within 5min but I wasn’t able to refund within 2min. No idea what’s happening here.
