Never a driver available
Downloaded and tried this app various times and there is never a driver available.
Doesn’t work
If you get signed out good luck getting back in, no sign in option just forces you to make a new account with a different email, waste of time and they’re prices are insane stick to Uber better service anyways

App and drivers and customer service all act independently
It’s easy enough to book a cab in the app, and you can link your digital wallet to it too. However, even though I had Apple Pay linked to my account, my driver still wanted me to pay with debit or in cash after the ride was over. Furthermore, the cost listed in the app and what the metre in the cab showed were different.
Finally, the “contact us” button in the app doesn’t call an actual person. It just leads to a voice mailbox where the user can leave a destination and time for their next booking, which if you are on the app, you can already do. This seems redundant, and doesn’t help when I actually need to speak to a person because I have questions about their service.

Windsor’s Vet Cab (taxi) app
The app works fine. It could update the drivers’ locations more frequently, but, it’s fine.
Vets cabs themselves can be pretty sketchy, they clearly benefit from their monopoly, and couldn’t be bothered to pick you up within 20 minutes, you’d think they only have 2 cars in the whole of Windsor.
But that’s not the app’s fault.

Today I took my first ride with them

Unprofessional
I recently had a disappointing experience with Vets Cab. The drivers were consistently rude and unprofessional, and it seemed like they were determined to increase the fare in any way possible. Moreover, the operators were not helpful, and when I attempted to complain about a driver's behavior, I was surprisingly banned from their service. This lack of customer support and accountability makes it difficult to recommend Vets Cab for reliable and satisfactory transportation.

Not able to book cab
After updating my phone to ios 17 i am not able to book a cab. When i search by pitting in address for pickup it shows something went wrong message and no location comes up. Troubled by this very much as I frequently need to book the cab. Please fix

Review about cab
Experience was gud but driver found taking too much time thats by we feel struggling.
Worst cab service
It took 2 hours for cab to come and they have worst customer service.
The person talking at customer care is racist and don’t care to help you.

App not working
App does not work. When I register and enter my name it says “ sorry something went wrong”. Tried to uninstall and install the app again but still the same issue.

Its not working on iphone
I’ve been trying for a long time to activate it and its not working , when ever i sign in a ‘ we’re sorry something went wrong please try again’ message shows up , but its working perfectly fine for samsung devices.
Bumps with app
Haven’t totally figured out app. However when I tried to cal driver using app, could not connect. App sensitive to location.was at address across street and app chose address across street who’s front is on the opposite side of building. Could not correct without calling dispatcher. Can’t see where I can pre-book for a particular time either. Old app allowed that. Maybe I just haven’t used app enough to figure it out.

Unusable app
The gps doesn’t work properly and it will not let me input an address so the app is pretty much just unusable.
Address search function doesn’t work
The address search function doesn’t work. You can type the address in, but you can’t tap select or enter or anything to get it to actually search the address. Makes the app completely unusable

I usually Uber but I used Vets to get from the Casino to work because they have cabs outside. I tried to use the app to go back but the app wouldn’t find a destination and I tried to setup a favourite but that wouldn’t work either. Uber worked fine!
