Account getting locked for no reason

Despite not officially requiring access to your entire contacts list, the app will lock your account again and again and support team will attempt to force you into providing a full contacts access which is a violation of apple privacy policy. This is rude and utterly unacceptable behaviour!

FAQ

What does PayBox do?

PayBox is a digital wallet app designed for managing money outside of traditional banking. It allows users to transfer money, make payments, set up group collections for shared expenses, create personal savings 'Boxes', and even access loans. The app also offers a free digital credit card and the ability to earn interest on your balance.

How can I use PayBox for group expenses?

You can create 'payment groups' within PayBox to easily collect money from multiple people for shared purposes like gifts or event contributions. The app allows you to see who has paid and who hasn't, and even send reminders. This streamlines the process of managing group funds without needing to manually track payments.

Is there a cost to use PayBox?

The core functionality of PayBox, including money transfers, group payments, and the digital wallet, is free to use. Additionally, the PayBox digital credit card comes with no annual fees. The app does not have in-app purchases or ads, making it a free service for users.

What are the benefits of the PayBox digital credit card?

The PayBox digital credit card is free, has no annual fees, and is entirely digital. It allows you to make payments directly from your PayBox balance in stores and online. Cardholders can also earn interest on their balance held within the app.

Can I save money and earn interest with PayBox?

Yes, PayBox allows you to set aside money in personal 'Boxes' for savings or budgeting. For eligible PayBox credit card holders, the balance held in the app can earn interest. This provides a way to grow your savings while keeping your money accessible.
