מעולם לא נתקלתי בשירות כזה. שלחתי להם מייל ולא קיבלתי שום תשובה. אני ממליץ להיזהר מאוד לפני שמפקידים כסף באפליקציה הזאת. כל ההתנהלות הזאת מרגישה לי מאוד חשודה, כמעט כמו הונאה

Cannot reset personal code
There’s a bug in this version and o cannot reset my code. The screen just blinks if I try to get an SMS or phone call. Please fix this!!
Account getting locked for no reason
Despite not officially requiring access to your entire contacts list, the app will lock your account again and again and support team will attempt to force you into providing a full contacts access which is a violation of apple privacy policy. This is rude and utterly unacceptable behaviour!

This app is so annoying to use. It has so many bugs. Groups don’t work which is 99% the use case for this app

Pretty great app for storing savings.
Can’t sign up for Paybox card
The app is so glitchy. The sign up process for the approx card simply doesn’t work. It asks for the camera and the camera doesn’t open. It says to contact Paybox and then Paybox tells you to contact cal and then cal tells you to contact Paybox etc etc. SUPER FRUSTRATING!

Does not may it easy to find a way to change the language to English so I can send money to Israel.
Unreliable and full of bugs
I've had to reinstall the app multiple times because the links stop working (I started getting a message that I'm trying to pay using a computer when I'm actually on my phone.) After reinstalling the app completely stopped working, it freezes as soon as I open it a D is unresponsive.

Israeli flag is not inclusive
I would have given 5 stars but I find the addition of the flag to the app icon questionable and not inclusive. I would appreciate if it was taken off

Doesn’t compare with BIT
Someone requested that I send her a payment via Paybox. I downloaded the App, added my bank account, changed the pw.
Then I tried and tried to make the transfer but to no avail. It found the recipient in my contacts but then just stuck there. I then did it manually with the phone number. Again it got stuck. I gave up and opened BIT. In 20 seconds it was all done. Night and day.
Apparently it’s part of the Discount group which might explain why the app is crap. For years their banking app wouldn’t work properly. It was infuriating because I had seen other banks apps which worked flawlessly.
