Honestly? I actually tell people at my company about this because it's so easy. Snap a picture of your receipt and in five days later, money in my bank account!

Love Paychex PBA! So easy to use, submit receipts by taking pictures & entering minimum information, your money is back in your account within 5 days! Super convenient for when you forgot the card!

Functional but just
This app works, but exercises your patience in the process. The interface is tired, slow, and not forgiving. Every change has to be refreshed. Switching to use the calculator means you have to log back in. It is an experience using this app, and has room for improvement.

FSA card reimbursement Everytime I use this card it gets shut off
Every time I use this card, I get shut off and am unable to use it even if it’s at a doctors office and I submit the proper documentation
Paychex PBA
I find this FSA system to be difficult to use and very particular with forms and/ or receipts submitted. This particular company does not allow me to cover ALL of MY medical expenses unless I’m going to have a letter of medical necessity written and turned in. If my medical needs (labs) were not a necessity, my ordering physician would not be ordering the labs needed to treat my symptoms appropriately. Medical necessity is not based on what my FSA or insurance wil cover, it’s based on what my PCP needs to evaluate my health. I would not be using this company for my medical benefits if there were another option for me.

Login doesn’t work
Would be a great app … if I could even login without an endless loop of verifications that never allow me to do anything.
Easy to navigate
Easy app to use, however, getting claims accepted is super difficult and you have to fight hard!
