The PayClock Mobile app is designed for companies using the PayClock Online Time and Attendance System. It allows employees to easily clock in and out, track their worked hours, and view benefit time balances while working remotely or on the go. Supervisors can also monitor their employees' time data through the app.
Key features include one-touch clocking in and out, GPS tracking of transaction locations, the ability to transfer departments, viewing total hours worked by pay code, checking benefit time balances, and continuous operation even when offline. Administrators can also control employee access to app features.
The app itself is free to download. However, it requires a PayClock Online account with mobile access enabled for each employee. The cost is associated with the PayClock Online system, not the mobile app directly. Free customer support is available for PayClock Online users.
To use the PayClock Mobile app, your company must have a PayClock Online account with mobile access enabled for employees. Each employee will also need a validated email address and password to log in and use the app for clocking in and out.
Yes, the PayClock Mobile app offers continuous operation even when offline. This means employees can clock in and out and record their work hours even without an active internet connection. The data will sync once an internet connection is re-established.
