Inaccurate Location
I have been an employee with my company for 5 years, management recently switched to this app to save money and as an employee I am unhappy. Our previous app never had issues with verifying location, since we switched to this app Dec of 2022 I have been notified by management 3 times that I am clocking in about 5 miles from the job site. My clock outs register at the correct location. I reached out to customer support to see if I can do anything different with my phone settings or if it’s a signal issue. They were no help, they are only there to support the Administration Team not the employees using the app. I’m am being docked pay and being issues written write ups for “stealing time”

I updated to a iPhone 14 pro max and now my PayClock isn’t working

Need to be able to leave notes/feedback
The app overall is good, but employees should be able to leave a note or feedback for their employer. For instance my phone had died two days in a row before my shift ended, and it would be handy to be able to leave a note explaining such scenarios, and to leave the time at which I would’ve actually punched out as a shift note so that he could correct it easily and efficiently.

Still crashes every 2 weeks
My employer uses this for those of us that work from home. It mostly works fine, but crashes every 2 weeks, and only solution is to delete app and reinstall. A real pain.

Wrong phone
This app doesn’t want to open on my iPhone 11. I had this app on my galaxy note 8, and it worked just fine. I just upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11 and now it won’t open. When it works, it’s a great app, clock in/out in one simple step, but now I can’t even access it. Totally frustrating

It would help a lot if there was some constant display telling me if I am clocked in or out

Don’t download this app it’s a waste of time. It hasn’t been updated since the iPhone 7 came out. I’m not even sure why Apple hasn’t pulled this from the store. Horrible app. Can’t get any worse. I would give it zero stars if the review system would let me.
Easy to use but stops working
The app is easy to use but intermittently stops working for hours or days. All our users report this issue. It will just spin when I am trying to clock in or out. Sometimes it won’t even bring up the employee list if I’m trying to view it, or trying to make corrections to someone’s punch. Tech support says turn my phone on and off so I’ll give that a try.

Cashes every time you open it
This app crashes every time you try to use it. At least on iPhone X. It desperately needs an update and maybe some help from a UX/UI developer

Had an issue where it wouldn’t work at all. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Works fine now.
Stopped working
I am the administrator of Payclock and got the app so I can update employees punches if I'm out of the office - the app stopped working about a month ago and won't even load. Lathem needs to update the software as IOS is updated
Hardly ever works
We use PayClock for keeping time cards at our manufacturing plant and this application is a joke. It hardly has any features other than very basic functions and on top of that it works less than half the time. Don’t have an application unless it’s fully functioning and dependable.
