New App Unfinished
This app is not ready to be released. There are buttons that don’t work. The FAQ documentation on the website doesn’t match the actual menu layout in the app. There are multiple bugs and functionality issues that Paycor support seems to have no answer for why they are happening. If you have the option to stay with the old app I would do so. Trying to migrate to this app has been a nightmare.

Forced Upgrade, Major Downgrade
We were forced to switch to this new Paycor app after the old one (which worked perfectly fine) was shut down, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The new app feels unfinished and unreliable. Basic functionality is buggy, things don’t work consistently, and it’s clear this product was not ready for release. On top of that, we’re now paying more for a significantly worse experience.
The UI is a major step backward. Workflows that used to be simple are now longer, more complicated, and unnecessarily tedious. For example, something as basic as punching in and out now takes more steps and screens than before. The facial recognition feature is also unpredictable—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t—making even routine actions frustrating.
The overall design looks worse than the previous app, and there are obvious quality issues like misspellings and poorly wrapped text that make the product feel unpolished and unprofessional.
The documentation is confusing and incomplete, making it difficult to troubleshoot issues independently. When we reach out to support, the responses are slow and often lack technical understanding of the product, which makes resolving issues even more difficult.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be forced into a downgrade with no alternative. This product should not have replaced a stable, working app in its current state.
