Doesn’t work
Can’t get logged in. Tried multiple times and multiple start emails from employer and still couldn’t get it to work. So frustrating! Would be much easier to log into an app versus the website every day but stuck doing it that way because this app doesn’t work at all.
Does not work!
This is a worthless app. Does not work with iPhone 8, 13, 15. I was even told that our HR was told that it doesn’t work with the newer IPhones. Have tried MANY times. Several others that I work with have also not been able to use this app. Wish 0 stars was an option.
Can’t get past registration
Nobody h work with can get past the registration page. All they keep doing is giving a list of advice along with a new invite. When everyone does that and it still doesn’t work, the representative sends out new invites with the same instructions. This has been going on for a few weeks now and nobody can get past the registration page. This app clearly has bugs that the company refuses to acknowledge and fix. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

I received invitation and tried to log in, will not let me. I had this before received another invitation, thought it was an update. Deleted the original one like it said, and than it wouldn’t let me I with the new one. Checked with my HR and she said she couldn’t do anything!!😡

This is the worst. I have to continue to ask my HR to give me a PW to open this app. Its useless. Doesn’t work, its more frustrating trying to open this app.
