Can’t access the account and no clear way of obtaining my HSA card. Hour on hold with support at the moment with no ETA on when someone will pick up

This app crashes over and over again. Barely usable at best. Needs to be fixed!

App crashes when enabling faceid. The company takes a ridiculous amount of time to send out cards or process claims. Rinky dink company that no company should trust with their employees medical funds
