Stripe now has this functionality natively

This app might have made sense a year or so ago, but no longer. Stripe’s native app now provides the ability to enter an amount and accept tap-to-pay or card-not-present transactions. Use it and save the additional margin charged by this app. To stay relevant, PayNow needs to add basic POS functionality such as item catalog and prices similar to other POS apps.

So far so good!

As a hobbyist artisan I sell at markets as well as custom orders. With this app I no longer miss out on sales because the customer doesn’t have enough cash on them. I am very happy with it and am confident to recommend it to others.
