misleading

this is the biggest gaming disappointment i ever had. i love luck is a landlord and balatro to death and i especially love games with dice in the analog world and dicebuilders. so i was beyond excited when i found this game and immediately bought it.
to make it short: its not really about dice. the concept that you can select 3 sides of the dice destroys the whole dice thing. each dice you roll could also very well be a deck of cards where you draw 3 cards and pick one. so unexciting. thats the point of rolling dice, that you have to take what you get. and then spend rerolls if you are not happy. that would be exciting with each roll and it would be quick. with this game you are just trying to decide for the best combinations of up to 9 dice faces. its slow, its math, it has nothing to do with dice.
also how is this game not in portrait mode? most of the time the game just uses the middle of the screen anyways. here you have a dev who cleary wants a piece of cake of the balatro hype, and he does not even know of - or considers that one thing the whole fanbase is always asking for. plus the text is to small and i have young eyes...

Response from developer

Thanks for the detailed feedback — it's clear you know the genre well. You're right that the pick-3-faces mechanic trades the "take what you get" tension of real dice for more of a builder/optimizer loop. That was a deliberate choice, but if raw dice chaos is what you're after, I understand why this missed for you. Portrait mode and text size are fair points, and both are on my list. Happy to sort out a refund — just email me at realthyme1@gmail.com. Sorry it wasn't what you hoped for.

Love It

Great table game roguelike. I’m deeply addicted right now.

Clever twist, well-presented

Any chance this could be portrait oriented? It’d be a great one-thumb game
