They stole my funds
At first I received an email saying my account is restricted and I need to do a video call with there team so my account will be back and working normal
Did all the verification they said called there team 20 times to get a call then sadly they said my account will be closed and they stole my money not a small amount thousands of euros from my account and now no one responding to me I can’t even get help

Blocks your money
It takes days to finalize transfer. Every step it charges and limited transaction. I can not draw my money and it says you reached your monthly limit. I highly not recommended.
I'm at a loss for words

If you want they block your money — download this
Terrible application where you can’t get your money or at least decline payments to get your funds back and forget this Paysera NOT super app.
They block your money and you have to send tons of paper who you are and how you breathe. Never ever.

Very unprofessional and time wasting.
I urgently needed a business virtual payment card and I read an advertisement that Paysera issues it within 24 hours. I was very pleased because it would have solved my problem. However, even though I quickly submitted everything and filled in the forms, after 40 days I still have nothing! Very unprofessional approach and misleading. Never again.

Користуюсь лише аккаунтом з українським резиденством. AML перевірки виходять за усі межі. За невеликий трансфер від друга просять передати ПІСЬМОВО ПІДПИСАННИЙ ЛИСТ про мету переказа та ще фото поспорта відправника в одному файлі. При тому що це трансфер з іншого європейського аккаунту.
Так що користуватись неможливо..
