My invoices Never Went Out
On the first I prepared my invoices. I added additional billable items, and then 5 days later I realized that they never sent out. I called customer service and they didn’t have an answer. I asked them to look into it and give me an answer by the following Monday… they didn’t have an answer and didn’t have any record of my invoices and extras to be able to reproduce it. I’m very disappointed with them! They never called me to let me know what the found out in the follow-up.
