Login fails constantly
Half the time my login fails for no reason. A day or two later I use the same credentials (saved in my password manager) and it works fine. Very frustrating.

Convenient
I really enjoy my patient card. For the most part it covers most things but then I need help with prescriptions sometimes and the store doesn’t honor the card. That is the only draw back. It does make things easy when there are doctor appts and specialist appts. And paying back is very easy as well. Thank you for allowing me to use this card! 💜
